Die Lage des Hauses ist das absolute Highlight. Die Aussicht ist einzigartig. Bei Sonnenuntergang und mit der Sicht auf den See und das ganze Bergpanorama zu Abendessen, war unbeschreiblich schön. Auch den warmen Hotpot haben wir mehrmals genossen - nach einer langen Wanderung ist er sehr entspannend. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben - die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche bestens ausgestattet und die Badezimmer sind zweckdienlich aber einwandfrei. Wenn es ein einziger Kritikpunkt gibt, dann sind es die Betten, die für Doppelbetten sehr klein sind und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Alles in allem waren wir aber super happy in der Unterkunft und können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Natalia war hervorragend. Sie antwortet super schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank Natalia für die gute Gastfreundschaft!

Wow, we booked this Airbnb quite spontaneously because we needed a weekend retreat away and this delivered! Admittedly, you do need to be prepared that it’s not the easiest place to get to - but we packed light and had plenty of hands to get the groceries brought over. In the end;however, with a bit of planning, it was no issue at all getting there with our toddler and baby. And the location absolutely delivered! It was just what we needed to be in an undisturbed, peaceful setting to unwind from the busyness of everyday life. And the views are amazing!! As disclosed, a few elements of this house aren’t renovated (bathrooms), so if this is ever done then it will help elevate the house as well. I wasn’t aware that it was a two story house - which for us was perfect as we stayed below and my parents stayed above and gave us each some separate living space. I’d absolutely recommend Carmen’s place if you are looking for a true Swiss retreat that’s off the beaten path!

This place was perfect for our family. There are two separate entrances so one room is private from the other two. The views are AMAZING. It does require some coordination if you want to go into town as the train only runs about every hour, but we found the surroundings well worth the effort. The hot tub was so nice in the evenings, just plan to start the fire early as it takes a bit to heat up. Also HIGHLY recommend getting farm fresh eggs/milk/butter. It was super reasonable and so convenient to have it dropped at the house. Host were also very communicative which I appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you want peace and gorgeous surroundings.

Absolutely amazing location, with stunning views of the lake. The location is quiet and peaceful, in a unique setting on the mountainside. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed, including a bunk bed and crib, along with toys that were perfect for our children. We enjoyed relaxing days at the home, with amazing hikes and waterfalls that were accessible directly from the house. The wood fired hot tub overlooking the lake also provided a perfect end to our days. Very unique in that the house is only accessible by a private cable car, which is shared by the other residents (approx 5 homes) in the area. Carmen the host met us at the cable car, and taught us how to use it. You will park your car at the base of the cable car, then take the cable car up to the neighborhood and have a short walk to the house. This made it a truly one of a kind experience. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone. The views and experience are unbeatable.

Great place in beautiful setting. Easy to get around. Very walkable. Great host, very responsive. We skipped Titlis which seemed overcrowded and went to Brunni instead which was awesome for our family of 4. Would definitely recommend!

Die Villa Turm Mattli ist ein Kleinod mit unzähligen besonderen Details. Wir hatten das ganze Haus mit 13 Personen. Die Parkettböden, die alten wunderschönen Türen und Wandverkleidungen sind etwas für Liebhaber alter Villen. Alle Räume sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Allerdings lebt der Besitzer selbst in der Wohnung, so dass die Küche im benutzten Zustand war, mit allen Lebensmitteln in Schränken und Kühlschrank, so dass uns nur ein Fach darin blieb. Da wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten, war das aber kein Problem. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen! Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir bekamen eine Menge Reisetipps. Es war noch ein bisschen zu frisch für den Naturpool (für unseren Geschmack) aber er sah super aus! Im Hochsommer sicher sehr erfrischend! Bei starkem Unwetter hat uns Simon sogar mit dem Auto in die Stadt gefahren und meine Freundin und ich konnten trocken in die Bars! Wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Nicht selbstverständlich! Im Grossen und Ganzen hat man bei dieser Unterkunft unkomplizierte Gastgeber, eine super freundliche Familie, welche ihren Gästen auch genug Privatsphäre bietet und eine grandiose Küche (Täglich benutzt). Grosses Danke! 😊🫶🏻
