The region is ideally suited for hikes to the Ahorn, the Hinterarni or the Napf region. The popular Heart Route leads cyclists just a few meters past the house. Located in the middle of Switzerland, you can enjoy both city and country, in a safe environment. With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

The spacious and unique attic apartment (114 m²) has two separate bedrooms with double beds and an open living and dining area with a state-of-the-art kitchen and comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate two more guests. The large bathroom creates space for rest and relaxation with the skylight and the view of the Napf. The loggia overlooking the lower village of Hergiswil is an absolute highlight. Next to the apartment entrance is the laundry room with a washing machine.

Hi! While we are travelling, we invite you to stay in our cozy home. It's a 10-minute walk from Lucerne's historic old town. Inside, you will discover a warm, inviting space with reddish clay floors and wooden furnishings. We also have a sun-drenched terrace, which is just perfect for breakfast and dinner (a bit too sunny for lunch). And the Reuss River is a 4-minute walk away for a refreshing dip! Please note: Not suitable for children aged 2-12 (unsecured garden).

A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has a cozy, semi-covered patio with views of the countryside.
