Piernicola es un excelente anfitrión, es muy amable y atento a los huéspedes, conoce muy bien el área y te ayuda mucho con indicaciones precisas. El alojamiento está en las mejores condiciones y es muy limpio y bastante cálido, tiene buena climatización e inhibición de ruidos, perfecto para descansar! Todo está cerca y el trato es lo mejor, literalmente te sientes en casa.

Termoli is a busy port town but the apartment is in the old city of Termoli. Mainly walking streets and great views from the city wall. I emnjoyed my stay in Termoli. Thank you Maurizio for being so helpful.

We really enjoyed staying at Nicolettas place. The view from the terrace was truly spectacular! A private place and very clean, Nicoletta helped us with whatever we needed. Beach is super close, the city is 30 walk away. The only thing is that you should be prepared that no soap, salt, oil etc. are available unlike most Airbnbs. Also the Wi-Fi was not really working, so if that’s important for you, you might have a hard time 😅

Für die Zeit nach unserem Aufenthalt in Neapel hatten wir etwas ruhiges, draussen auf dem Land gesucht. Und wir haben es bei Vittorio und seiner Familie gefunden: Das ausserhalb des Dorfes (75 Autominuten ab Flughafen Neapel) sehr ruhig gelegene Haus mit Aussicht befindet sich mitten in der Natur und einem wunderbaren, gepflegten und grossen Garten samt Bäumen mit allerlei Früchten (Zitrone, Mispel, Maulbeere, Granatapfel, Pflaume, etc.). Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Sogar das extern (via Bar) durch Vittorio organisierte Frühstück (Kaffee und Brioches/Croissants) war im B&B-Arrangement bereits inbegriffen! Vittorio und seine Eltern sind ausserordentlich liebenswürdige Menschen, die sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht sind: Auf Anfragen und Wünsche wird zeitnah reagiert und bei Bedarf ist auch rasch jemand zur Stelle. Als Gäste fühlten wir uns daher ausserordentlich wohl. Herzlichen Dank Dir Vittorio und Deinen Eltern für diesen „Kurzaufenthalt im Paradies“.

Don't know where to begin. The house is so thoughtfully and originally decorated, with so many unusual touches, many of them made by Bruna herself. Beautiful tiling, charming oddities, gorgeously renovated details, and an absolutely lovely outdoor patio overlooking the distant sea. Bruna was the warmest and most welcoming host we've ever had, not only taking care of our local needs but even going so far as to send recommendations for the next place we visited on our trip through southern Italy! On arrival, the refrigerator was stocked with all kinds of meat and cheeses, fresh eggs, water, wine. This was the best Airbnb experience we've ever had, and we've had quite a few. Sono rientrata da un piacevolissimo soggiorno ! L' appartamento corrispondeva perfettamente alle fotografie , pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort e attrezzato come se si fosse davvero "ospitati " da un parente . Ho apprezzato particolarmente la cura dei dettagli in bagno , shampoo, cotton fioc , collutorio tutto cio ' che viene messo a disposizione da una persona che tiene ad un ospite . Molto comodo il letto e la cucina dotata di tutto compreso ogni tipo di detersivo . Gabriele sempre presente e disponibile . Unica pecca il parcheggio, non facile da trovare come in tutti i centri delle nostre citta ', e' presente comunque, un parcheggio a pagamento vicinissimo alla struttura. Siamo tornati una seconda volta in questa casa vacanze e tutto e' andato a meraviglia. Il B&B si trova in posizione centralissima e permette di girare tutta la citta' a piedi. Ristoranti e negozi sono facilmente raggiungibili. Adatto alle famiglie, anche se si hanno bimbi piccoli. L'unico piccolo neo e' il rumore dei vicini, ma purtroppo questo e' dovuto al fatto che i muri hanno scarso isolamento acustico. Un enorme grazie ad Anna Maria, con la quale e' facilissimo comunicare e si dimostra sempre a totale disposizione. A presto!

L’appartamento era pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort, in una posizione ottima, vicinissimo a tutti i principali servizi. Colazione inclusa al bar Pizzicato favolosa.😍Giuseppe è stato super disponibile,lo consiglio! Io e e la mia famiglia ci torneremo sicuramente,alla prossima!🤩

I had this booking for my parents, and they were extremely helpful with my parents with finding the location. My parents are not tech savy, and they were able to be found on the side of a street in Benevento, and were followed to the rental. Definitely would recommend again!

Cercavamo un posto per rilassarci in tutto relax, e lo abbiamo trovato! Casa accogliente, arredata con gusto, molto curata e pulita, immersa nella natura e nonostante questo con ogni confort come TV, WiFi, e soprattutto un caminetto favoloso davanti al quale abbiamo passato serate rilassanti. La titolare Maria Cristina ha dimostrato una disponibilità unica, e perfino il vicinato che si è attivato per farci avere un po' di legna da ardere (grazie sig. Bruno). Da consigliare assolutamente, sperando però che la prossima volta troveremo di nuovo posto!

Antonio was a WONDERFUL host! He went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves in his lovely town. Breakfast in the morning was delicious!

The place is just wonderful. Really well designed so that you get all you need in a relatively small place that still feels quite spacious. Wonderful location within the town. There is a small daily ad hoc market - a few locals offering fresh veggies, fruits, and fish in the same street. Super easy on-street parking in front of the place. Nazario was very kind and helpful.

One of the best price for value places we have ever stayed in. Very kind welcoming at the first day and clear communication. Its perfectly cleaned every day! and has a very luxurious breakfast which is provided on your own porch every morning at your time of choice. Location is 2 minutes away from the beach and large supermarket, 10/15 minuten walk to centro historici. We would definitely recommend this place for a couple of nights and wish Vanessa and Matteo the best of luck!

Ideale per soggiornare qualche giorno, Fabrizio sempre disponibile e persona con cui ho avuto il piacere di chiacchierare più di qualche volta, colazione essenziale ma rapportata al prezzo quindi tutto nella norma, ambienti puliti e zona in cui si può trovare di tutto, supermercati, ristoranti, farmacia, negozi ecc. Sicuramente un punto di riferimento se dovessi tornare nuovamente a Foggia

Lovely place, the room was bigger than expected. The owner was very caring and helped us a lot. The breakfast is recommended. We asked for gluten free options the day before and the prepared a lovely basked for us.
