2nd time returning back to stay, we left our toiletries in our previous stay, host is kind and helpful to keep until our next stay. Definitely not our last time stay, as we have yet to complete host food recommendations !

Place is beautiful and clean bed is comfortable but pillow is too soft for me . As for my family they all no issues at all only thing is host should had a water filter dispenser for drinking water. Location is not that convenient but grab is easy to call so shopping area aso not that far about 15 minutes. Over all we had a present stay .

Sri’s house was exactly as described and was such a cosy and comfortable home to my family during our stay. Place fits 6 pax comfortably. Full kitchen amenities provided and very pretty neighbourhood with a clubhouse access for facilities. Location is slightly out of town / touristy area so you will probably need to rent a car or to take a Grab/Gojek. We didn’t see much food options nearby except some local coffee shops. There’s a large supermarket nearby to stock up on groceries. All in all, would recommend for families visiting Batam!

Clean and well-maintained unit. Cozy ambiance, comfortable matress and bed linen. Full bathroom amenities, and room complimentary provided. Had a good night stay. Recommended

The accommodation was worth the money. The stay was great, all the amenities were provided as per listed. Host is responsive so all enquiries and helped was answered swiftly. Would stay here again definitely giving it a 10/10. Appreciate the great stay, thanks for having me!

Good place and clean, host very friendly..

Host is super responsive and accomodating, place was clean and comfortable. I requested late checkout and Ling was so kind and she was able to accomodate because she did not have any guests for the next day. One thing that was not communicated though is that you need to have your own netflix account to access netflix as the host does not provide. Great value for money.

Absolutely loved this place! It’s incredibly private and peaceful, yet conveniently located in Batam Center — just a short distance from the ferry terminal and shopping malls. The room was spotless and smelled great, making it feel super welcoming and comfortable. Khairina was also amazing — very responsive and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back!
