The apartment is well furnished and is located right on the beach promenade. An underground parking space and beach chair are included. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Ideal accommodation for those seeking peace. Away from the hustle and bustle, very close to two beach accesses that can be reached on foot. Next to meadows with many bunnies. Also ideally located with a dog! In May, we were almost alone on the beach and could enjoy the sound of the waves. Restaurants within walking distance. Excellent amenities in the apartment! We were completely satisfied and enjoyed the afternoon sun on the balcony.

Absolutely lovely hostess! You felt right at home. Place was impeccable , clean, and cozy. There was nothing missing!

Our son from Singapore was visiting. Coming from Hamburg, we only had a 1-bedroom apartment. So we booked the apartment for him from Anneliese. He only slept there. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The briefing by the caretaker was extremely friendly. Our son was very enthusiastic about Sellin and Rügen anyway. Unfortunately, the time was too short. Thank you, Anneliese, for the uncomplicated booking and information in advance.

Was nice with a small courtyard. A lot can be reached on foot. They even provided 2 bowls for my dog. This was very attentive.

Completely satisfied. A very quiet environment from which you can explore the island superbly. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, the view outside is worth gold. Restaurants and a really great (breakfast) cafe are right across the street (!). Sauna and fireplace were great to use, the apartment was impeccably clean and we proactively received all necessary and helpful information. Here's how to enjoy it!

We felt completely comfortable in the spacious house with a beautiful and well maintained garden. All very clean and well appointed. The nearby "Milch Gas Station" has enriched our breakfasts, and the train connection from Groß Kiesow is also great. Dana and Tilo are wonderful hosts, it can't feel more comfortable! The place was beautiful, very nicely furnished inside, offers plenty of space inside and outside for groups of 6 people and also a beautiful garden. Inken has good taste in furnishing and the place is really well equipped. The kitchen was versatile and outside everything from grill to loungers is also available. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant! Overall, a great relaxing vacation!!

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

Super nice place to stay, with very good amenities. You feel right at home and there is plenty of space. Location of the apartment is excellent!

The vacation at Uwe's was as relaxing as we planned. The description for the arrival was exactly right and we were welcomed in a friendly manner. The place is as described. Beware of steep stairs. :) Ummanz is quite sparsely populated and therefore the area is very quiet and suitable for beautiful walks.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

We had 4 wonderful days in the quiet all to ourselves. Great for a vacation with a dog through the fenced garden. Very quiet and close to nature. Super cozy cottage and especially the sauna was a highlight.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the roof terrace is on the 3rd floor (without elevator). Less than 5 minutes to the market square walking distance. Quietly located despite its central location, parking only in the public area. A very nicely decorated apartment, it is also large and you will find everything you need. The hosts are very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable at the apartment, would be happy to come back.

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small, but fine. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail – we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Nicole made check-in super easy for us and was available for any questions at any time. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the small touches, such as the chocolate provided – a very nice gesture!

Beautifully quiet private-feeling corner cottage. Everything present, of good quality. Due to a short circuit, we were in trouble for a while, but Sandra responded immediately and solved the problem. Wonderful garden to sit in. On the right, the dachas of the locals with rich gardens. Lots of singing diverse birds! Left, the modern villas. Old meets new. Sleep well!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
