Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

My place is good for: couples, business travelers, and families (with children). You rent the house and garden exclusively, you can barbecue and relax in the garden or on the route. We want you to feel like you are with your family on vacation, we have fresh flowers, nice decorations and there is always a nice surprise waiting for you. The house is a short distance from a shop, pharmacy, bus stop. 10 km from Wrocław and 7 km to the small charming town of Trzebnica with walking routes, swimming pool, restaurants.

An excellent place for a short or longer stay in Javor. For work and for relaxation. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, an oven with microwave function and a refrigerator with freezer. There is a washing machine and an iron at guests' disposal. The balcony with a deckchair is a good place to relax overlooking the fields and the road with unobtrusive car traffic. Water King is a houseboat for 7 people. Available as a floating home until November 30, 2025, and from April 2026, weather permitting. Rentals are available only on a residential basis, with no floating allowed during the December-March period. Lower prices apply during this time. Onboard: a kitchen with a living room overlooking the water, bedrooms, a bathroom with a toilet, sunny terraces, underfloor heating, air conditioning with a heating function, and independent gas heating for winter.
