Pramod’s House was excellent. Rubina, the caretaker has been a great help. If you need anything just call her. The house was clean with all amenities and view from the house was spectacular and very very peaceful. Must stay place for anyone visiting Kathmandu.

Rahul went put of his way to offer/give us complimentary services, which we appreciated a lot. Daily recommendations of places to visit and food to eat in the city saved us a lot of time. Polite, lovely and helpful staffs/security guard. We really were in awe with the ambiance and overall hospitality of entire stay.

入住非常愉快。我们手机从陆路口岸入境，到加德满都的时候已经是晚上10点了，Dosro他们团队非常耐心地等我们入住，这一点让我非常感动。入住环境：房间干净整洁，有四个卧室，一个厨房，一间客厅，一间餐厅，两个露台，四间卫生间，还有很大的院子，非常适合团体旅游（推荐三对couple人数为佳）。院子非常大，种了一颗高大蓝花楹，从房间能看到蓝色的花，非常震撼。地理位置：位于河边，到泰梅尔街区打车只需要500-700卢比，房子外有超市。服务：房东非常耐心，有礼貌，入住和退房流程顺畅快速。守门大哥就住在院子的另一角，安全有保障。其他小建议：多放置一些垃圾袋，方便房客及时倒垃圾，天气热比较容易招蚊虫。总体来讲，是一次非常愉快的住宿体验，有机会还会来这里住，这个别墅的装修和采光简直是梦中情屋了。 Overall, this was an exceptional lodging experience we would gladly repeat. The villa's thoughtful design and beautiful natural lighting truly make it an absolute dream home. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to future travelers.
