When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? The apartment consists of living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and locked room with personal belongings of the owner. Kitchen with all appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee maker). A living room with a smart TV with netflix and a dining table. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located in a brick apartment building on the first floor.

Being adults we forget how unworried and happy we felt with our grandparents. We are looking forward to welcome you in a place, where traditional living meets the current required comfort. We believe to provide you with all you need, including calming view, friendly attitude and home made cakes. Late check in/out is possible.

There are two other apartments in the neighborhood where permanent tenants live. Bedroom: double bed + sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. Flat screen TV + Amazon Prime. Possibility of storing sports equipment on the ground floor (separate lockable room). Suitable location for travel and tourism.
