It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Our lovely apartment is located in Lozica, small and quite area just 5 km outside Dubrovnik. What makes Lozica so special is that is located on the shore and is sunbathed all day, offering you spectacular view on Adriatic, island Daksa and peninsula. The closest supermarket and restaurants are located 2 km from apartment. Bus no 3A operates between Lozica and Dubrovnik (doesn't operate on weekends and national holidays). Car is not necessary, but it is better to have one.

Located just above the Old town in Ploče area, all major attractions and beaches are walking distance.

The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Breakfast at the Rixos Hotel is a buffet with a beautiful panoramic view.

My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The apartment is part of a house which consists of three apartments overall, MORE, SUNCE, and NEBO, as well as the lobby and swimming pool area. If you are traveling with a vehicle we can provide a valet parking for one vehicle in a vicinity of the property.
