Vacation rentals with a pool in Loyola Heights

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

Love the place, super clean, and they have everything we need. the unit owner is very kind, generous & always responsive. unit is very homey, love the bed, and pillows are very comfy. CR is very clean & spotless. we will surely comeback. thank you so much mam. we really had a great stay here while waiting for my hubby.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

The place is awesome, my friend and her family enjoyed so much. Wish we could have stayed another day.

Loved our stay here, the place is accessible to nearest malls, terminal and other establishments. The place is clean and the host even prepared a welcome note for us (very thoughtful). No problem during our short stay at the place.♥️

Very responsive si host and flexible sa check in schedules. Comfy yun place and malamig. Maganda yung terrace. Kahit nasa second floor may view. Maraming cute na pusa alaga ng Infina and may pool and tambayan. Sa roofdeck accessible din ganda. Maganda yun door kasi code lang gamit mo. Recommended ko to. Sa uulitin 🥹

The unit is very clean and close to alot of eateries and the host was very responsive and gave alot of thought on what was in the unit like the water dispensers and toiletries. Thank you again

Maam Malen and her sister were very responsive, kind and accommodating. They were very friendly. The place is clean and the water is very strong. The CR and sink are well maintained. What I also love about the place is that it has a drinking water for pick up delivery and delivery. Just 1 call/txt away. Also, the unit/condo has a laundry shop that will also pick and deliver your laundries in the unit. Over all, I will give it a 5/5 rating.

The place was great to stay with my partner. We had a lot of things done since there's a lot of Malls around the place.

Super nagustuhan ng mga kids. Super happy, at napaka cozy!! Bitin yung 2 days namin na pag stay. Ganda ng view at madaling makatulog kasi ang peaceful. Malinis yung place and kumpleto sa gamit. And di sila madamot sa mga extra blankets and towels, may reserba talaga compared sa mga napuntahan ko. And nagustuhan ko din pillows nila. Choosy kasi ako sa pillows, may mga masakit sa batok. Pero sa kanila, ang comfy. May extra floor mattress din. Pang family talaga. Malinaw din instructions and as checked, organized din yung trash sa basement. Will definitely book again next time. L'appartamento è confortevole e pulito, dispone di tutti i servizi necessari. La zona è sicura, piena di negozi e servizi. Renè è stato un hosting perfetto, sempre attento e reattivo. Sarà perchè ho passato lì la mia luna di miele con mia moglie, ma ricorderò sempre il mese passato a Cubao come uno dei periodi più belli della mia vita

The host was very responsive and considerate during our stay. She assisted us very well from check in to check out. The unit has a great ambience, quiet and clean. They even have some toiletries for the guests to use. We’ll definitely recommend this to our friends who wants to have a brief vacation in the metro
