The host is very responsive and accommodating. The place is clean and aesthetic, just like in the pictures. Plus points for providing not just basic toiletries but also drinking water, coffee, and chocolate drinks.

Our stay was wonderful—the place is clean, and the appliances are high-end, although there is no washing machine. We just missed the chance to go swimming due to the sudden rain, and the pool for guests is only available on specific days.

The host was very responsive and considerate during our stay. She assisted us very well from check in to check out. The unit has a great ambience, quiet and clean. They even have some toiletries for the guests to use. We’ll definitely recommend this to our friends who wants to have a brief vacation in the metro

Cielo was an amazing host, prior to our check-in she was very responsive and accommodating even when we had to do a last minute adjustment to the booking. She's very informative and friendly. The place was very peaceful and private. Was a good location to have a workcation with my partner. Solid internet connection and a smart TV for us to have a good vibe while working remote. Excellent provided amenities and the place is well cleaned and maintained. The location is right in the middle of Katipunan so we had everything we needed, whether its a grocery run downstairs or a delivery from one of the trendy restaurants or fast food in the area. 10/10 would love to comeback here for another workcation during a long holiday weekend again!

The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)

Chris’ place is homey and exactly what you need for business trips or short stays. ☺️ Located on the 7th floor, it offers a peaceful view of Ateneo’s greenery — perfect for opening the curtains and relaxing. 😌☺️ The unit has everything: refrigerator, microwave, electric iron, hairdryer, and more. It's ideal for solo travelers, students, or professionals needing a quiet, complete space to rest or work. The neighbors are not a problem, and the area is very peaceful — great for studying or remote work. The building is near coffee shops, 7/11, and other essentials. Most of all, Chris is an excellent host — very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. He even offers recommendations and service contacts to make your stay smooth. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay. 👌🏼

My family and I had a great stay at Anne's place. It was able to accommodate us (6 pax) comfortably. Checking in and getting into the unit was a breeze; Anne was also kind enough to allow us in earlier. Great place and host!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Stay for Our Group of 13! Our stay at LET'S STAY in DELSA MANSION was nothing short of amazing! We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

We had a very great staycation at Tin’s Place. When I arrived at the unit, my first Impression was “wow, so fresh!” the scent was refreshing that I want it also in my bedroom at home. 😊 Her unit was pristine and quite rustic chic that calms your mood and make you want to stay longer. Stayed for a night with my family. We enjoyed the view from the two balconies especially at night. The place was beautiful and pristine, basic amenities were complete. The place was also spacious for us party of 7 people. Hosts were nice and responsive. Will recommend to family and friends.
