Our old, former farmhouse is located in Burgschleinitz, a pretty village with a medieval moated castle and Romanesque church between the Wald- and Weinviertel near Eggenburg. Cozy, south-facing and quiet kitchen-living room. Sleeping area with curtain can be divided. Bicycles, canoes, kayaks, sand playground, table tennis table and the sauna with bath and outdoor shower are at your disposal. The bungalow for your own use is located directly on the Lehenhüttl pond in an absolutely quiet location and, together with the owners' house, belongs to the buildings in the meadow that are worth preserving. There are no neighbors (single location). The beautiful town of Jaidhof with a castle and recreational pond is about 500 m away. Krems an der Donau is about 18 km away. The town of Gföhl with shops and restaurants is 1 km away. At the Krumau reservoir (10 km), you have the opportunity for a boat trip.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Our "B&B am Park" has been completely renovated this summer. It is the perfect place to relax after a long sight seeing day or after a hard day at work. The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance. I am happy to recommend restaurants, theaters, museums ... to make your stay a true Viennese experience!
