Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. We have a FULL KITCHEN with dining, microwave, fridge, dish washer &dishes etc. There is a grilling space outside if the weather is good.

Heads up: This room is small but ideal for a short solo stay (unless you're keen to snuggle up). The 140-150cm-wide bed is extra-long and has luxurious oversize bedding. Not all Nest rooms at Lissi have a wardrobe. But if you need more space to spread out, check out the lobby or bar. Located between Schwedenplatz and Stephansdom, Ruby Lissi is a great base for exploring Vienna's buzzing bar and restaurant scene, along with the city's top museums and parks. City tax is included in the price.

Beautiful, quiet room in Leiserberge Nature Park

The lovingly furnished room can accommodate 2 person. The couch is extendable and can be used as an emergency bed (child up to 6 years) The adjacent garden of 5000sqm, with its therapeutic energies, puts you in your balance. The forest about 80 m away invites you to take walks so your soul can recharge. The hot tub can be used seasonally for an extra fee. Especially ideal for all those seeking peace and quiet who want to treat their body to well-being.

Alle Studios Family haben einen Vorraum mit einer komplett eingerichteten, modernen Kitchenette, ein komfortables Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett, sowie ein Bad mit WC.

You will be accommodated in the dormitory at the Grand Ferdinand and enjoy the amenities of the house. The access to the Grand Etage with rooftop pool is included, for a breathtaking view over Vienna. The city tax (3.2%) needs to be paid on-site. Centrally located and surrounded by greenery. Garden with swimming pool and trampoline as well as the sauna area can be used by arrangement. The warm hostess Lisi lives on the second floor and shares a staircase with the residential unit for rent. The property is lovingly furnished with natural wood furniture. By arrangement, it is possible to use the garage parking space in the courtyard.
