Old Forester's Lodge at Lindewitt

Take a vacation on historic grounds. Since about 1848, the old forester's lodge has stood here on the ruins of Lindewitt Castle with its castle moat, of which unfortunately little remains to be seen. Owners included Count Rantzau and General von Blücher and his wife Christina Sophie Countess of Holstein-Holsteinburg. The Lindewitter forest invites you to take long walks or bike rides. The forest house is centrally located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, on the Danish border.

It consists of a cozy living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine. The apartment is surrounded by greenery without direct neighbors in the middle of meadows and fields, in a very quiet location.

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026
