It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! We are a half-mile from the closest grocery store, plenty of local restaurants and 20 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids. Escape to the peace and simplicity of the countryside in our cozy, attached apartment on a 7th-generation family homestead. This private apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and is fully ADA compliant, also featuring a bathroom, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette and a piano. Large windows offer views of open fields, grazing goats, and beautiful sunrises; all of which can be enjoyed over a hot cup of coffee from the deck, or by a serene stroll down to Stoney Creek.

The Coop at Vintage Grove Family Farm

Welcome! This charming little house is a repurposed chicken coop on the farm. Enjoy the quiet, country life with all the comforts from home. The Coop is located between the main house and the large barn on a small hobby farm. This is a working farm with large and small animals, however, there are no hens in the guest house! During your stay, you are welcome to wander through the barn and visit all the animals. We do not have a TV, however, the internet works great!

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse that also includes a pontoon boat, 2 kayaks, private beach & dock w/swim platform from May through October (weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots with expansive views of Lake Wabasis; a sandy beach at the shoreline; and a backyard surrounded by woodlands offering complete privacy. Plus an adjacent vernal pond that provides an abundance of nature's sights & sounds.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Lakefront on Morrison Lake with access to the lake right from the backyard. All sports lake with good fishing. The house has a kitchen with dishes, pots, and pans. WiFi is available as well. There is a fire ring and picnic table in the yard. 2 kayaks available to use upon request. The dock is put in on Labor Day and taken out Memorial Day. The cottage is 37 minutes from Grand Rapids, Mi 28th Street. 40 minutes from Grand Ledge, Mi.
