Many walks and cycle routes from the cottage doorstep. Situated very close to Ennerdale Water & the C2C and wainwright coast to coast routes. Easy access to western fells and solway coast.

An excellent base to explore all that the western lakes have to offer, and with amazing walking & cycling right from the cottage door it makes it the perfect place to make special memories with Family & Friends

Enjoy wonderful views of the Ennerdale fells, extending to Pillar and Steeple. The spacious, comfortable accommodation forms the main section of a larger semi-detached property. You will have the house to yourselves - we will be far away, but contactable should you have any questions or issues. It's self check-in and check-out. There are many good and varied walks nearby, as well as scenic drives and gastro pubs. You will need to bring groceries with you - breakfast is not supplied.

Two beautiful bedrooms one of which can turn into single beds and each with their own bathrooms offers flexibility for both couples and families. We have a well equipped cooks kitchen with Everhot range and a stocked larder. Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

Ideally located to explore the beautiful Lake District.

It has a dog friendly beach, is great for fishing, has lots of wildlife and has the most stunning sunsets. In winter, enjoy cosy evenings with the fire lit. An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Come and explore the lesser known and much quieter part of the Lake District. No long traffic queues and parking is much easier. Superb views of the surrounding countryside, Irish Sea and the Lake District Mountains. This accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Ideally located for walking, mountain biking, kayaking, golf or walks on the beach all within a short drive.
