A lovely property with everything you need in an absolutely stunning area. This place really is an escape to the country. Everything is provided, you just need your food. Jess is a helpful host and very responsive. We all enjoyed our stay.

I booked this for my mother and her 2 sisters. She said she loved the surroundings and the walk down to the river. The house had everything you would need. There was bread fresh milk butter and jams on arrival this was a lovely touch. The furniture was all in good condition and very comfortable. The house was clean and very well presented. Lovely communal garden too. She would highly recommend and will definitely re book .

Amazing location, easy walk up onto the moors or into Rosedale along the river valley. Beautifully restored and fitted out. Everything tool you could possibly need was provided in the kitchen. Peaceful seating area out the back and we loved seeing the rabbits and hearing the owls.
