15 minute walk to Deloraine Township, river and eateries, 40 min.to Launceston & Devonport, 1.5hrs to Cradle Mountain. Built in 1875 this cottage has several internal steps which may not be suitable for everyone. Renovated in 2015 a few walls have been moved, & a few luxuries added, to compliment the cottage there is magnificent views, & with views there must be hills. A bbq & a hammock on the deck for those who wish to relax. Suitable for a maximum of 4 people. fully self contained.

Breakfast provisions are provided including bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, a selection of cereals and jams. There is also a second house at Briar Lane which houses Suites 1 and 2. It is separated from the main homestead by the rose garden.

It is a perfect spot to relax or a base to explore what the Tamar Valley has to offer!
