Great apartment for 4 people. Very modernly furnished and with the balcony, which is not directly facing south, perfect 👍 The beds are very good and the apartment was very clean when we arrived. Each apartment has a parking space, so the car is well stowed. The air conditioning works very well and is relatively quiet. It is advisable to have a car to explore the many great beaches and attractions. We will be happy to come back. 😊 Thanks also to Katja, who took very good care of us.

A fantastic place to stay, that we already look forward to visiting again. Wineries, restaurants, beach, trails, olive oil, I can't even list all the things that we did in 3 days. We even had a stand-in pet cat that came to visit, we named him Manfred (not that he cared). Anica responds within minutes to all the questions. Great host. The apartment is comfortable and so were the beds. Highly recommend.

We had been there and had a great time. We are back after two years, and I confirm everything. Beautiful house, equipped with everything, super responsive and friendly host, top location, in a new neighborhood, around they are building new buildings, but the area is very quiet in the evening, perfect cleanliness. If there is a third time in Umag, I will definitely stay with them😂.

Jens is a nice fast responding host. The house has been renovated and decorated with a lot of love and care. Delicious base to, among others, Motovun, Oprtalj, and Porec. Fantastic starting point to make beautiful trips with the racing bike with altimeters of your choice. My wife and I really enjoyed it!

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

Super nice location! The view is breathtaking! Every minute is just beautiful when you watch the sea. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Great restaurants within 3 minutes. Very happy to come back. Absolutely recommended.

Perfectly situated 2 bedroom apartment, you can walk to anything in 7 minutes in the old town. Quiet inside, modern appliances, beautiful flooring and decor, view of the sea from the terrace. Gelato 30 meters away, pizza and convenience store 50 meters and the best bakery in Croatia (Bread Point) 60 meters away. Responsive and kind host, great service.

Uncomplicated, very friendly. Great ocean views, short distances to the center. Since we were there in early-mid October, the place is already quite quiet and not everything is open, but if you like peace and quiet, it's just the right thing. Lukas' mom lives next door and welcomed us with a bowl full of freshly picked tangerines. Very nice!

Mevlida is the nicest host we have met so far! Very helpful, lots of great tips and you feel right at home here! The apartment was very clean and even nicer than in the photos! Great pool that we unfortunately could not use often in rather bad weather. From Novigrad you can reach many towns nearby in under 1.5 hours by car (Umag, Porec, Pula, Rovinj and even Trieste in Italy) The restaurant right next door is perfect and very good! Thank you for everything and we'll be back for sure! Highly recommended!

4 of us stayed for 1 night, lovely host. Good location & easy to walk to beach. Parking available. Very nice balcony, comfortable beds & slept well. Good facilities and would happily stay again if we were in the area. No complaints at all 🙂

By far the best apartment we know! Super location, 5 minutes' walk to the sea, quiet, bright, clean, newly decorated and a perfect host! Tomislav and Lara were just super friendly, responded to our requests within minutes and were extremely helpful and proactive. Such hosts are an extremely rare and great experience! We felt extremely comfortable from the very beginning and just loved being here! Actually, you'd have to give 6 stars out of 5 stars for this experience. A really exceptionally nice stay! We were cycling the Alps Adria Way (without an electric motor) and felt very comfortable in this charming apartment from the beginning. Check in super explained, constant contact with the landlord possible with quick answers. Great view, quiet surroundings, we also enjoyed the quiet beach on the comfortable loungers. The apartment simply offers everything! Right at the complex, there is a nice restaurant, with breathtaking views with sunset. It was important for us because we didn't want to ride our bikes up the steep street in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful relaxing days in this beautiful place. I'd gladly come back.

The apartment is beautiful and decorated with a lot of love. There is everything you need for a vacation and the kitchen is also very well equipped. The style is modern and overall just harmonious. The highlight is the whirlpool on the roof terrace. Denisa is a great host and always available. We felt right at home and would come back anytime.

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

We had a great week at Giorgio's in the Green Apartment, very well equipped, the pool is great for anyone who wants to swim and we had a good time!

Great location and lovely apartment

Great place a few minutes from the city centre and shops. The hot tub hits the spot.

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot. We hope to come back soon for another weekend. Thank you Mirjam!

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!
