Beachfront vacation rentals in Lovran

Wir haben uns bei Alenka und Diego sehr Wohlgefühlt und die Zeit dort mit Mega Aussicht aufs Meer in vollen Zügen genossen. Leider haben wir wegen dem schlechten und dann doch etwas zu kühlem Wetter nicht genutzt. Wir waren hauptsächlich im garten neben der Küche. Der Parkplatz fürs Auto ist genau neben dem Eingang. Alenka und Diego sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft mit leckerem essen gefüllt. Es ist eine ruhige Lage und schöne Gegend. Die Nachbarin war auch gleich zuvorkommend als sie merkte wir sind Gäste. Unser Hund hat auch den eingezäunten Garten genossen und dadurch war es für uns entspannt. Alles in einem ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub mit traumhafter Aussicht. Vielen Dank euch zwei auch für euer Entgegenkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Aleksandra hat uns abgeholt und der erste Kontakt war sehr herzlich, so als würden wir uns bereits kennen. Auch wurden wir mit Brot, Getränken, Milch und Obst für den ersten Morgen versorgt, was nicht selbstverständlich ist und gerade deswegen sehr freundlich von unserer Gastgeberin. Aleksandra hat uns Empfehlungen für Restaurants gegeben. Außerdem hat sie sich zwischendurch bei uns erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Auch das eine sehr nette Geste. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße

Muy buena experiencia, justo a unos pasos del mar, muy bien ubicado y muy amplio. Atendieron rápidamente nuestras solicitudes y fue un excelente lugar para descansar y salir a caminar.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Appartement très sympa et récent avec une vue à couper le souffle ! La terrasse est magnifique, et le reste de l’appartement est très bien aussi dont le lit très confortable. Plage et quelques restaurants très proches. Par contre le centre d’Opatija est à 2/3kms à pied. Aucune plage réellement grande et pas de sable mais c’est la Croatie. Montagne à cote pour ceux qui veulent marcher. Pula, Trieste à 1h ainsi que la + grande grotte d’Europe. Hana qui nous a accueilli est très sympa. Il y a un SpA aux prix très accessible juste à l’entrée du bâtiment et une piscine commune pratique pour les jours où on veut faire trempette sans aller à la mer. Bon séjour à tous !

We chose Daria's place on a short notice as we were looking for a place to stay in Croatian on our way from Italy, at a very late hour (around midnight). But even so, we were lucky to run into this place, which was prices at an incredibly low price (between €50-60), and in summer it's price goes over €200 per night. Daria was kind to accept our booking so late, and send us all the instructions you could ever imagine to need. Finding the house is not super easy, but self check-in is a breeze. The whole surrounding, the building and the apartment itself are incredibly charming and beautiful, you will feel like a resident of this lovely small town. The apartment is great, high quality, clean, has everything you need. The parking is free but a couple of hundred meters away, and Daria let us stay at the parking lot hours after we left the apartment. In summery, everything was great, highly reccomend. Not only the apartment, but the host, neighborhood, everything 👌👌

Nada è una persona squisita e, molto disponibile. L’appartamentino, anche se ha qualche posto letto in più, direi che è giusto giusto per due persone. So che non è indispensabile ma, ho sentito la mancanza del bidet, purtroppo noi italiani siamo abituati a usarlo, ma per il resto tutto ok. AAAA+

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check-In, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Hund(en) Großes, super schönes, eingezäuntes Grundstück – ideal für Reisende mit Hunden. Die Unterkunft ist super gut ausgestattet, hat alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt am Haus und alles, was man braucht, ist in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die Straße ist zwar hörbar - mal mehr mal weniger - aberfür uns war es nicht störend. Der Vermieter war super freundlich, hatte sogar Süßigkeiten im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt und gab uns tolle Restauranttipps. Früherer Check-in war auch problemlos möglich. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt! DANKE dafür :)

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 5 Personen zu Gast und die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns, wir haben Ruhe gesucht: Geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Bad inkl. Toilette, in 5 min am Meer in einer wunderbaren Bucht zum Schwimmen, Gartenschlauch um Mountainbikes und Kajaks abzuspritzen, eine toll ausgestattete Küche mit Aussenbereich mit Grill, in 5 min zu Fuß zu 2 Restaurants in Stari Baska. Frisches Gebäck kann man am Campingplatz nördlich von Stari Baska kaufen ( knapp 10 min mit dem Auto) und Supermärkte gibt es ist Krk und Punat. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderbar, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder! Die Kajaks haben wir zum Meer runtergetragen, war kein Problem wenn man ein bisschen fit und trittsicher ist (steiniger Pfad) Jelena war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, schnell erreichbar und in der Küche haben wir einige feine Begrüssungslebensmittel gefunden. Das war sehr nett!

Sehr saubere und räumlich großzügige Unterkunft. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter (Daueregen) dort. Deshalb konnten wir uns im Haus sehr schön aufhalten, und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, und Nina war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt, es war (vermutlich auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet) alles wie ausgestorben (trotz der Osterwoche). Ein kleiner Kiosk und ein kleines Bistro waren das einzige, was fußläufig erreichbar war. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Kurztripp. Danke Nina.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

This was a rather unique place to stay with proximity to some great restaurants and beautiful sunsets. Laurent and Urška were great hosts who responded quickly to any requests/questions and provided some very helpful recommendations. The house boat was super clean and had everything we needed. All of the check in/out procedures were clear and the instructional video made it even easier. This was a great place for a family of four on a road trip in Slovenia. Totally enjoyed chilling out on the roof under the stars!

Mirjana's appartment was perfect for 4 adults, clean, modern, fully equipped, with an amazing view. The beach is in front of the gate, there is a private parking place and quite big heated pool at the backyard. All in all our experience was very positive and pleasant! The host is very kind and gave us many useful recommendations. The only thing you should be aware of is that there are 2 bars right in front of the appartment. We were at the end of the season so they had the last karaoke night and then closed for winter, but it was really loud till 3am. Can only imagine how loud it could be during summer!

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

A beautiful apartment in peacefull location, when you're looking for "different" vacation as in popular tourist places, here you go. Klaudia and Deni are very friendly and welcomed us personally, it was very nice with sharing local tips. Apartment was nicely equipmet with all you need, even for travelling with small kids.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super schön und sehr sauber; die Küche toll ausgestattet - alles wie auf den Fotos. Der nahegelegene Kiesstrand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar - mit netter Strandbar zum Wohlfühlen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - wir mögen es gerne etwas ruhiger, der Strand war nicht überlaufen. Zum Einkaufen und für des Restaurantbesuch benötigt man aber das Auto.

The stay in appartment was lovely. It has everything you need. The host is very responsive and communication went smoothly. The window overlooks the restaurant terrace (which was transparently shown on the picture) - we didn't mind the buzz from the terrace since we were outside most of the time and if you close the window it minimizes the sound. There is probably wooden floor upstairs which makes some noice when the upstairs neighbours walk around but it didn't bother us too much. The host also let us stay there during the day since our departure was in the evening (since there was not another reservation on the day of our departure which is a grand gesture from the host 😊) Overall I would reccomend the stay 😊

Das Apartment ist genau wie beschrieben und wie die Fotos es zeigen. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse unglaublich. Vesna hat uns freundlich empfangen und geholfen das Gepäck in das Apartment zu bringen. Man sollte aber schon gut Treppensteigen können,weil der Weg vom Apartment zum Parkplatz vom Auto etwa 90 Stufen hat. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit🙂

Wir haben uns in Nikas Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie war jederzeit schnell über den Chat erreichbar und hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Umgebung parat. Das Apartment ist zwar kompakt, bietet aber dank der durchdachten Aufteilung und Ausstattung (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Öl/Salz etc.) alles, was man braucht. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle Vorbereitung – zur Begrüßung standen sogar kleine Snacks und frisches Obst bereit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage oberhalb von Opatija bringt viel Ruhe mit sich und sogar einen Teilblick aufs Meer. Wir hatten den Auf- und Abstieg aber etwas unterschätzt – wir mussten manchmal zwei Mal überlegen, ob wir den Weg bei knapp 30 Grad zu Fuß antreten. Da sich aber die deutlich schöneren Strände in der Region um Opatija befinden und man dafür auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, war das für uns kein besonderer Nachteil. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank Nika und Tomo!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!
