A Balaton északi partján, a közkedvelt Csopak lankáin elhelyezkedő apartman teljes panorámával rendelkezik a Balatonra, így akár a teraszról étkezés/kávézás közben, akár a kertben elhelyezkedő hintából lehet csodálni a kilátást. A Balaton egyik legszebb strandja csupán 5 perc alatt elérhető a szállástól autóval (gyalogosan kb. 35-40 perc), ahol rengeteg lehetőség adódik: biztonságos, homokos part, óriás csúszda, játszótér, sportpályák, étel- és ital széles kínálata várja Önöket! 3 hálószobával, 6 férőhellyel várjuk akár a családokat, akár a barátokat, akik egy kis pihenésre vágynak egy csodás, nyugodt környezetben. Családbarát vendégház vagyunk, így kérésre tudunk szolgálni csecsemők számára székekkel/ágyakkal. A közelben további lehetőségek adódnak, mint pl.: bortúrák, erdei túrák, kilátólátogatás, valamint Tihany és Balatonfüred is a közelben van. Egész évben fűtött apartmanunk az év minden napján várja a kedves Vendégeit. Akár a téli tájat, akár a nyári napsütést akarja csodálni, házunk rendelkezésre áll, hiszen modern fűtőrendszerrel van felszerelve. Parkolási lehetőség a terasz alatti beállóban. Ágynemű és törölköző biztosított. A konyha minden szükséges eszközzel fel van szerelve (étkezőkészlet, főzőlapok, sütő, hűtő, mikró, stb.). Biztonsági kamerák rendelkezésre állnak az ingatlan őrzése érdekében. Fontos kérések és szabályok: A tulajdonos kifejezett engedélye nélkül nem lehet látogatókat fogadni, összejöveteleket vagy rendezvényeket tartani a helyszínen. A környezet rendkívül csendes, így megkérjük kedves Vendégeinket, hogy a kinti hangoskodást 22:00 óra után mellőzni szíveskedjenek, a szomszédokkal kialakított jó viszony fenntartása érdekében, hiszen így még sok éven át tudjuk biztosítani otthonunkat a Vendégek számára

Házunk Paloznak és Lovas település közös határán található, a lovasi oldalon. A csendes, természetes környezet ideális a pihentető időtöltéshez bármely évszakban. Az épület kívül-belül felújított, terasszal, autóbeállóval, valamint csodálatos panorámával rendelkezik. Paloznak központja 850 m, 10-12 perc séta, ahol bolt, étterem, kávézó található. Innen indulnak a távolsági buszok is Balatonfüred, Csopak, Alsóörs és Veszprém irányába. A csopaki strand 3,5 km. Gyalog 35-40 perc, autóval 7-8 perc.

Die Lage war perfekt um zu entspannen. Kleines Häuschen, dass genug Platz für zwei bietet. Wir waren mit unserer Hündin da. Das umzäuntes Grundstück war perfekt um zu spielen. Viele Spaziermöglichkeiten. Der sehr sauberes Strand könnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Aber wenn wir dann mit Auto unterwegs waren, könnten wir kostenlos gleich neben dem Stand parken. Ich kann mir weiterempfehlen.

Nora was extremely helpful while I was in Balatonmádi. I had my passport taken at the Budapest airport and Nora was my interpreter all the way. Her apartment was wonderful, very much like a comfortable home. It was 40°C the first day I was there but the apartment remained cool.

a ház festői környezetben található, a teraszról látni a Balatont és a környező dűlőket. a kert természetesen zöld, lugasos, még a kocsibeállót is egy hatalmas diófa árnyékolja. a ház garzon méretű, de mindent megtaláltunk, amire szükségünk volt, és tisztaság fogadott bennünket. a házigazdával a kommunikáció jól működött, és maximálisan rugalmas volt. ajánlom mindenkinek, aki csendes kikapcsolódásra vágyik.

Sehr schönes, neues Apartment direkt am Wasser gelegen. Traumhaft gelegen. Supermärkte etwas entfernt. Wlan funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes wegen Bauarbeiten leider nicht. Ansonsten schon höherer Preis, am Balaton aber bei der Lage offensichtlich normal.

ruim appartement in een rustige buurt en toch snel bij het water. De auto staat ook heerlijk koel onder de druivenstruiken. veilige plek heerlijk koel ook door twee airco's heerlijke badkamer met wasmachine. afwasmachine was ook fijn. We hebben genoten van de omgeving er is veel te doen. zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szép, tiszta volt minden. Nyugodt környezet, a házban mi 7-en voltunk, így gyakorlatilag minden párnak jutott külön szoba fürdőszobával! A környék nagyon nyugodt, jókat lehet sétálni. A fűtés is kifogástalan, a konyha nagyon jól felszerelt. A kemencét is tudtuk használni. Talán az egyetlen hátrány számunkra az volt, hogy a kert nincs körbekerítve, így a kutyusunkat, mivel szökős, nem tudtuk elengedni, ezen kívül minden kifogástalan volt!
