Bellenaves at 1.5 mile with all basic facilities and a train station. Building huts, canoeing, walking, cycling, swimming in the Gorges de la Sioule. It's all possible.

The accommodation is located in the center of the small village of Vernusse, the land is closed at the back of the house. The interior includes all the necessary comforts (equipped kitchen, equipped bathroom, bedding and towels), the exterior is accessible by a driveway. This apartment "Le Puy-de-DÔME, located on the ground floor, offers 61 m² of modern comfort. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senseo, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. The kitchen is open to a bright living room with TV and a large bay window overlooking a private terrace of 15 m² with direct access to the garden. We also have a 2nd accommodation on the 1st floor.

La Motte, country house in Auvergne

Built on an old feudal mound, the house can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. The house was completely renovated from 2007 to 2014. In 2019, a new phase of work allowed the creation of additional rooms: a bathroom for children, a large living room and a 4th bedroom with private bathroom on the ground floor. Maison France 5 devoted a short report to it on 12/06/19 The furniture, decor and dishes have been collected and bring charm and authenticity.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

"La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
