The entire stay was very nice and straightforward. Antonio offered to cook a menu for us and we gladly took advantage of it. There were traditional Portuguese dishes on request for us vegetarians. We enjoyed it very much and we got to know new dishes. The ambiance was also very nice, we ate on the small terrace and there was a good Portuguese white wine. The evening was rounded off with a delicious dessert and a local liqueur from the area where his mother now lives. Antonio arranged a special evening for us. Thank you. We can highly recommend his cooking skills.

Nice and peaceful place to stay, if you're looking a calm environment at 1 h from Lisbon

I cannot say enough about this bed and breakfast even though we were only there one night. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smile by the front desk associate, Ignacio. He even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. This was so helpful as both my best friend and I had difficulty with carrying heavy luggage up the steps. We were pleasantly surprised when Ignacio gave us the tour of the bed and breakfast and all that it had to offer. The common areas were so clean and well taken care of. Very comfy bed and pillows which made for a restful night's sleep. What we both loved the most was the dining area. We had a late night snack and a delicious breakfast with so many items to choose from. We wished we had booked this Airbnb for our first few days in Lisbon, as we were so impressed with all the little touches it had to offer. Will definitely book a much longer stay when I return to Lisbon. WONDERFUL HOSPITALITY and a WONDERFUL STAY Chalet D'Avila!

It was a great place, warm, clean, quiet, you can walk around the house - it felt almost like home :) Super host - kind and helpful - I would definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at Surfiberia and we can't recommend this place enough! We stayed for almost two months, and the whole experience was absolutely magical. The location is unbeatable, with close proximity to both the water and surf spots, making it perfect for all ages. Additionally, Elliss and Louis are incredibly kind and thoughtful hosts who go out of their way to make sure guests feel at home. We've had a wonderful time here and will definitely be coming back. We really enjoyed our stay at Antonio's! Her lovely mom, waiting for us by opening the gate to park the car in the large private garden. The room was very comfortable and nothing was missing in the bathroom. The best part is that we were right behind the sanctuary without taking the car. We recommend without hesitation

Highly recommended! The staff is extremely accomodating and will help you with anything from transportation to surf recommendation. The community is very welcoming, and also hosts dinners and trips for those interested. Great location for surfing and a relaxed vibe.

Our stay in the Flamboyant windmill was wonderful and very special. We would come here again and can only recommend the Airbnb. Hayat and Patrick are wonderful people and made our vacation very special. You can tell that they have both put their heart and soul into this Airbnb and are doing everything they can to make their guests feel comfortable. Insane airbnb. We stayed in June and it was just us and one other couple. Practically like the whole castle is yours Definitely a one of a kind stay that made exploring Obidos a real visit to the medieval times. Id skip the basic hotels and stay here The only cons are that if youre driving you gotta lug your bags to the tower but i mean its a medieval town thats to be expected. But stretch & get ready to hike a little in the 6-10 min walk to the airbnb. Its worth it. Definitely go into the library, turn on the lanps and play some music for full effect. Enjoy!

Mila was a very responsive host. The apartment was perfect, consistent with the photos; no unpleasant surprises. Very good location and very quiet. I would 100% recommend the apartment to those who want to visit the beautiful city of the sanctuary.

Great stay with Carole who took care of us. The setting is idyllic, a two hectare garden to explore, multiple places to settle in as lovers outside or indoors. As a bonus, a hot tub, perfect for the month of March. The common room with bar is timeless. The mirror bedroom with a round bed is superb. Carole really has a taste for detail for atypical atmospheres in each room. We really had an exceptional time.

Daniella's place is wonderful. My 5yr old and I went for 3 nights to get out of Lisbon. The house and grounds are even nicer than they look in the photos. Everything was very clean. My son had a great time using the pool and playing with the dog. The breakfast was AMAZING! Really good coffee available all day. Daniella and Brett are very thoughtful and pay attention to the details. We look forward to going back.

She gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and was always quick to respond to any questions through Airbnb messaging. The room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, and the woman in the dining area was very kind. The little courtyard was adorable — my daughter and I even enjoyed takeout there one evening. The honor bar was a nice surprise with a great selection. The location is very walkable with so much to see in town. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This bed and breakfast was great! Sara’s spot is right in the middle of obidos. All of the attractions and restaurants are within walking distance from the room. Incredible views from the terrace as well. The room was a little loud since it was right next to the road, but other than that everything was great. Staying here feels like going back in time!

Forest within walking distance. Good food and good coffee within a few minutes drive. I rarely return to a place once I've been there, but I would make an exception for Katja and Ruud!
