Fall in love by the view of the beautiful garden of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation on the sunny balcony of this bright apartment. With an elegant and sophisticated decoration, all the details in this space were thought to provide an unforgettable experience. Excellent WiFi quality service. Apartamento em prédio de traça antiga, integralmente remodelado, de alto pé-direito, tectos trabalhados a estuque e portas de vidro martelado. É um apartamento confortável de boas áreas e muita luz durante todo o dia, quer de Verão, quer de Inverno. Este T2 aloja até 6 pessoas, repartidas por duas luxuosas suites com closet e uma ampla sala de estar com sofá-cama-casal e uma vista maravilhosa. Tem ainda uma WC social (sem duche) para maior comodidade. A cozinha está totalmente equipada, incluíndo uma máquina de café Nespresso com uma selecção de cafés e chás. Faz parte dos utensílios da casa, um ferro de engomar, tábua de passar, um pequeno estendal nas traseiras, secador de cabelo. Cada ocupante terá um conjunto de toalhas de excelente qualidade. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.
