Monthly Rentals in Louisville

This is a charming historic home with everything you need and just 5 minute walk to downtown Louisville. This was our 2nd time to stay here and will remain one of our favorite places to stay in the Boulder area.

Petra was a wonderful host! The efficiency was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is also conveniently located to the wonderful downtown, parks, and walking trails that Louisville provides. I strongly recommend Petra and her efficiency. apartment.

Tif’s place is both comfortable and convenient. The location can’t be beat in terms of walking to restaurants, Farmers Market, bakery and parks. Adding in a driveway to park, a peaceful backyard to eat a leisurely meal and a front porch for watching weather and people makes this Airbnb extra special. Also loved using the ‘kids loft’ for meditation and journaling in the morning, before the rest of my family woke up. Thanks, Tif. We will be back!

Beautiful historic home. We were very comfortable. The house is spotless, roomy. Great patio and yard. It is in a quiet walkable neighborhood that has easy highway access to Boulder, the airport etc if needed too. JoAnna is a wonderful host who will check in with you, is quick to respond and will give you your space and privacy too. Support local business on Main St where you'll get great food and community. We visit the area a few times/year and are grateful to have found this property. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.
