Monthly Rentals in Lough Sillan

I was blown away by the Dream Barn... wasn't sure quite what to expect beforehand, but my GOODNESS! Jim has thought of absolutely everything. The cottage is very maximalist, but in a fun, eclectic way. Old typewriters, sewing machine, *2* record players to choose from and a kitchen with everything you might think you need and then some... and the place is VERY clean! Neighboring cows came over and checked us out through our window, and we fed the chickens that share the patio. Several kitties stopped by to check us out. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Jim is ridiculously undercharging for such an incredible treat of a place. You'll contemplate moving to Moynalty after your stay, just so you could have Jim as a neighbor and friend.

We had a truly lovely stay at this charming cottage. Everything was spotless — you could tell cleanliness was a real priority, and it made the whole place feel so welcoming and comfortable. The cottage was incredibly well-equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little extras. John was very welcoming and informative check in experience was very smooth 5* We like the fact that we could travel short distance to nearby lakes and enjoy fishing and walks. We will definitely be back in near future

Fantastic and relaxing weekend at Charlie’s farm, just what we needed for a really enjoyable weekend. Bed very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen very clean. Charlie was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful. Lucky the dog and the hens were an excellent addition to the mini break. Would definitely recommend this location for people looking for a restful weekend away in comfortable surroundings and easy access to Dublin and Northern Ireland. Hope to stay again. Such an amazing stay! Was perfect for a girls weekend and Sabina and David thought of absolutely everything! They were so welcoming and were on hand for any questions we may have had and even for a tour. Will absolutely be back :)
