Vacation rentals with beach access in Los Santos Province

We had a really good experience at the property, the hosts were always available to us for any problem or malfunction, even when there were malfunctions, a person immediately came to fix them and the hosts wanted to give us the best possible experience, they were very accommodating

It’s an excellent location, very nice apartment and caring, professional service. You pay a lot for the location and scarcity of such properties. The quality of the apartment is an excellent, modern 3-star level with kitchen. You pay a 4-5 star price. It’s a good enough deal for many obviously. Something to think about (not fully under control of the hotel), but rather of the community of business owners in Venao, which El Sitio is one of the proud founders (they’ve done a great job so far!), is the insane amount of road dust because of wide, unpaved roads. Don’t blame construction, it largely moved to other areas of Venao, many areas/streets are completed construction-wise. Put gravel, plant more grass, plants, pave eventually. It’s been 17 years of dust. And in the same Venao there are many paved internal streets. Makes a difference. Countless surf-towns in Costa Rica have managed to maintain rustic nature-first feel, without dust and with selective paving & planting.

Great location, walk to the beach and a short drive to the town. Very peaceful area, recommend for short or long stays.

Excellent service, she was always attentive to our questions and assisted us in a cordial and immediate manner. Everything was just as described. The apartment comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Walter is a great host. He is always responsive and is on top of any issues that may come up. The house is across from the ocean by one street. The access to the beach is just a short stroll. The beach facing the house is wide. At the low tide, you have 400 feet of expansive beach leading to the calm ocean. The fishermen’s pier is only half of a mile walk on the beach; there you will get fresh catch of the day. There are also several small restaurants at the pier where you will get a beer for a dollar, a ceviche for two dollars and a set meal with meat/fish, rice, soup and a small salad for 3.75/4.00 dollars. At the beach, if it is clear, you can watch both sunrise and sunset (the latter is over beach and a small hill). I had a wonderful time at playa Uverito.

We had an incredible stay at Casa Azul! The location is perfect with a beautiful pool and the beach right out the door. It’s walkable to the main restaurants and stores, but quiet and private that you can really relax. The house really helped all of us relax and enjoy our time in Venao. Thank you! Will definitely be coming back again!

This is one of the only places where the pictures didn’t do the home justice. It was a beautiful home! Hosts are great. Highly recommend.

This is really an incredible place. Big spacious ceilings and the highlight is really the porch / patio. Staying up the hill a bit from the main road in Cambutal was totally worth it. It had awesome ocean views from the porch every evening. Lying in the hammock every morning watching the ocean was hard to beat. The kitchen had everything we needed--gas range, kettle, etc. The washer and dryer worked really well. We needed our hot water worked on one day and his property manager was incredibly responsive and on scene immediately to fix the issue. I would recommend staying at this place!

This place was just what we need to de-stress. Close to the ocean you can hear the waves at night. Close to Pedasi Town you would need a car if you want to get around easily and explore the area. The beach house pool is great and so is the food great price. I highly recommend the place, Alison answered all our questions and recommended a place for us to rent a car if need. Mary and Andy. Fact: Waking up sorrounded by dozens of monkeys, been able to see them in their freely lifestyle was amazing. Highlight: Sunsets in the rancho were just stunning!!! Cherry on top: we were visited by 5 wild red macaws, 2 green parrots which stayed playing around for almost 2 hours.... We loved the soul of the place and the sweet company of a local cat that join us as he is a part of our family... We will definitely recommend it to our friends and already come back❤️

Spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located! This apartment in Venao was ideal for a relaxing stay. It had everything we needed, with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Just a short walk from the beach, highly recommended!

Our stay at Clara's in Playa Venao was a streamlined experience from check-in to check-out. The surfing haven of Venao Beach is perfectly captured from the private balcony, where we witnessed spectacular Pacific Ocean sunsets painting the sky in vibrant colors each evening. Excellent hosts, it was fun to stay

The host, Vicky, was super friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable, there was a nice patio, and the place is within easy 10 minutes walking distance from the center of Chitre. The price was good too, and I would stay there again any time I am in Chitre.
