Chalet vacation rentals in Los Realejos

Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen und unkomplizierten Aufenthalt im Haus von Francisco. Die Anfahrt geht über ein paar steilere Straßen, was mit einem gut motorisierten Mietwagen aber kein Problem war und Spaß gemacht hat. Am Haus angekommen, hat uns Francisco alles Wichtige gezeigt und erklärt sowie Hinweise für den Check-out gegeben. Das Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben: ruhig gelegen, sehr privat und ideal zum Abschalten. (Wer empfindlich auf krähende Hähne ist, sollte wissen, dass in der Nachbarschaft offenbar einige leben – für uns war das kein Problem.) Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige, nicht touristische Umgebung und die vier Hühner im Garten, die uns täglich mit 4 frischen, großen Eiern versorgt haben – ein echtes Highlight! Wetterbedingt war es im Haus während unseres Aufenthalts etwas kühl und feucht, sodass Kleidung nur widerwillig trocknete. Mit der mobilen Gasheizung und ein bisschen Improvisation hat es aber geklappt. Fazit: Wir würden wieder hierher kommen!

La maison est très bien située pour les vacanciers souhaitant être au calme. La vue est magnifique. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire dans la maison. Elle est propre est spacieuse. Le chemin n'est pas facile à trouver à l'arrivée mais nous avons été guidé, très rapidement ! Merci. Juste quelques petits conseils aux propriétaires pour ne pas qu'avec le temps la maison se dégrade: l'électricité n'est pas parfaite avec des interrupteurs partiellement voire non fonctionnels. Le rideau de chambre ne tient pas, mais nos hôtes ont été très réactifs, et enfin les bas de douche qui s'encrassent. Mais rien de tout cela n'a entaché notre séjour qui a été parfait.

Belle villa avec jacuzzi et espace extérieur. La villa se situe sous l'axe de départ et d'arrivée des avions de l'aéroport de Tenerife Nord mais ce n'est pas très dérangeant. Carmen est très réactive par rapport aux questions et problèmes rencontrés, ce qui nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour. Pas de chauffage mais des petits radiateurs électriques sont mis à disposition.

Nous avons passé, avec nos deux filles de 6 et 8 ans, 10 jours dans la maison de Carmen. Tout était parfait : la maison est très bien et en particulier les extérieurs sont supers avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et le Teide. La piscine privative est grande et profonde. Carmen est une hôte très attentionnée. Par ailleurs l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir l’île. Enfin la maison est très très calme ce qui est très agréable Nous recommandons vivement !

Fantastic villa! Located in very quiet area, the house had everything we needed for a month stay. We traveled with a small kid and it was great to have a crib and a high chair for her. The house is spacious and the garden too. I really enjoyed spending time in the garden with beautiful view to the ocean.

Die Finca Casa el Buho von Andres ist wunderbar gelegen am Berg oberhalb von Icod de Los Vinos, die Aussicht ist grandios, schon morgens vom Bett aus und vom Balkon blickt man auf den Atlantik...als wir da waren, war es sehr ruhig dort, ein idealer Ort abseits des Touristenrummels. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Empfehlenswert!

Es war eine super tolle Erfahrung! Alles was man braucht, war da. Gewürze, Material zum Putzen uvm. Die Lage ist ruhig, man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein um ins Zentrum von PdlC zu kommen. Alternativ nutzt man das Auto oder ein Taxi. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top, er war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist perfekt für 4 Personen oder eine Familieit 2 Kindern.

Maison individuelle bien organisée. Les quatres chambres avec chacune une salle de bain sont un grand plus. Il y a des linges de bain et de cuisine en quantité avec la possibilité de se servir dans une armoire si besoin. Le ménage a été fait au milieu de notre séjour avec drap et linges changés ce qui fait que nous avons bien profité du séjour sans devoir sortir l’aspirateur! Une des chambres de l’étage est magnifique avec très grande salle de bain et terrasse avec vue sur la mer et le Teide enneigé lors de notre sejour. Nous avons fait chauffer la piscine mais ne l’avons finalement pas utilisée. Elle aurait été bienvenue en été mais à cette saison la nuit tombe vite et nous avons profité un maximum de nos vacances pour visiter cette merveilleuse île et rentrions trop tard pour avoir envie de se baigner! Si nous revenions à Puerto de la Cruz nous retournerions volontiers dans cette villa. Elle est bien située pour visiter l’île car pas loin de l’entrée de l’autoroute. Bonne année 2025!

It’s our second stay at this lovely villa in less than a year. We love it! It’s super clean and comfortable and a great peaceful setting. There’s a fabulous proper supermarket 10 minutes walk away so you can buy everything you need to cook at home, and the outdoor dining area is a lovely place to spend a quiet evening. A 20 minute walk away is the resort of Costa Adeje itself, where all the big hotels are. Turn left at the beach and it’s quite downmarket ‘Brits abroad’ (yes, I see the irony). Turn right and there are some very chichi boutiques and pretty expensive restaurants on the beach. The walk down to the beach isn’t super-appealing so we’ve only done it once each visit. To be honest there’s very little we wanted to drag ourselves out of this beautiful house for! Thank you, Hugo and Anda!

Our stay was so good we have already booked again for next year. The villa was the perfect base for our holiday. We’ve stayed in the same area for a good few years now and this was the best accommodation we have had. Would definitely recommend

Всё было идеально подготовлено — заранее уточнили повод визита, я упомянул, что у нас день рождения, и к нашему приезду нас ждали фрукты, сладости, вино и свежие цветы — за это отдельное спасибо! Просторный, чистый, подогреваемый бассейн, удобное джакузи, уютные спальни — всё на высшем уровне. Любые дополнительные просьбы — халаты, полотенца, мыло — исполнялись оперативно и с заботой. Команда всегда была на связи, интересовались, как проходят наши дни. Уровень сервиса — 100 из 10. Стоит каждого потраченного евро. Лучшее место для отдыха — обязательно вернёмся, если будем на острове!

Nos sentimos extremadamente bien, la villa es Justo como en las fotos, Lydia fue una muy buena anfitriona y respondió muy rápido a nuestras dudas. Lo que si es que en la zona hace demasiado viento y no aprovechamos casi la zona exterior

Our stay at this villa was simply unforgettable! The villa is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. It looks exactly like the photos — actually, even better in real life. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was perfectly organized. What impressed us the most was the absolutely breathtaking view from the terrace and the windows: the ocean, the city, and the mountains — waking up at sunrise and enjoying this scenery was pure magic. This place is truly incredible, and I highly recommend everyone to experience it. We were absolutely delighted!

We had the most amazing stay at Luis’s place. It’s an incredible house - so much character and many beautiful features. The rooms are huge, there were 14 of us staying and we had so much room for socialising too. The swimming pool is also bigger than it looks in the photos. Luis was super responsive to messages and anything extra we needed was dropped off in 5 minutes. The local area is lovely and feels very authentic. It’s 5 mins to shops and a lovely bakery. Also really recommend the restaurant eARTh - the food was incredible and only 15 mins walk. We arranged a minibus to get to the more touristy areas and to the airport - only 20 mins to get to these places. Couldn’t recommend booking more- what an amazing trip!

Het huis is geweldig met een prachtige tuin. Veel privacy en mooi uitzicht. Zeer aan te raden om dit huis te boeken als je een fijn verblijf wilt met je familie of vrienden. Het enige waar je rekening mee moet houden is de hoogte van de villa. De weg ernaar toe is prima maar het huis ligt op 700 meter dus het kan boven wat fris zijn, zeker als het bewolkt weer is.

La situación muy buena. La casa una maravilla, practica y muy amplia. Toda ella exterior. Las habitaciones eran suites, cada una de ellas con su sala de estar. Un jardín exterior privado solamente para nosotras y nuestro deleite. Salidas y entradas a nuestro ritmo. Sin problemas de aparcamiento. Cristina muy atenta y respondiendo a todas nuestras demandas. De repetir din duda.

Chewy ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und das Appartement ist ein wunderbares Kleinod in einem schönen Ort, abseits der großen Touristen-Ströme.

We enjoyed staying at Guillermo's place! it is for those seeking solitude and loving ocean shore, which is a few metres from the house. the property is equipped with all you may need, also there was no problem with parking our rented car. many thanks for a nice stay!

Villa muy acogedora y con buenas vistas

We had a wonderful stay. The house itself was cosy and comfortable - we particularly enjoyed the outside space, use of the bbq and the pool. The pool was cleaned multiple times during our stay. The host was responsive and flexible. We liked the area as it wasn’t touristy and was accessible to all the places we were keen to go on the island. Friendly neighbours too! We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again!

Maria Luisa, the host, was really helpfull at all times. She gave us useful information of places close by. The house is really nice in a quiet peaceful area and has everything that you could need for a holiday. Totally recommended. Maria Luisa la anfitriona nos ayudo mucho dandonos informacion sobre lugares cercanos y en todo momento podiamos comunicarnos con ella. La casa era muy bonita en una zona residencial y silenciosa. Tiene todo lo que podria hacer falta en unas vacaciones. Muy recomendada.

The Villa is absolutely stunning, really clean and has everything you need. It’s in a great location with a small supermarket and a few restaurants / shops just across the road. The nearest Beach is a five minute walk away.
