The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a 1.50 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with everything you need for a pleasant stay, and a small terrace next to the pool. We are close to a small neighborhood called Santo Domingo, a quiet area away from the crowds and with beautiful views. Studio 1 is part of the 4 accommodations that Finca La Treviña has, in a rural and quiet setting. Renovated in June 2022. The shared area is framed in a landscaped space where the pool is located, recently renovated. From its large private terrace you can have wonderful views towards the sea and the mountains. Well connected to explore the north of Tenerife, and Teide National Park. 10-15 minutes by car to the coastal area.

I am an ancient finca rústica in a new guise and live at 550 meters above sea level in Icod de los Vinos in the green north of the island. Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here. The wide view of the sea and Icod immediately creates a sublime feeling and inner peace. The north is weather-friendly and exciting and wonderful to watch from here.
