Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. You can see balloons flying almost every morning from the deck or back patio. For an added fee a swimming pool and hot tub is available. Garage will be unavailable until September 2025.
