POOL IS OPEN! Located in the heart of downtown Cabo, this complex is on the marina and just steps to the sand. This remodeled unit is one of the best kept secrets in Cabo. Unit is located on the 3rd floor & faces the marina. This suite boasts pocket doors, King bed, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, beach chairs, private WIFI, the list goes on and on. The Marina year round can be noisy. There are sound proof windows however there can be noise from bars and clubs.Not responsible for weather

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Off-the-grid and solar powered, thatched roof studio bungalow with view deck, ( LIMITED A/C) and Starlink internet. Dive shops, restaurants and the beach are within 5 minutes walking distance. Free parking is 2 blocks away from the house. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old. There is a faucet mounted drinking water filter. The unit sits in the same lot as the shark shack and surf hut, is located near a restaurant and dive shop and has potential for some generator noise.
