Vacation rentals with beach access in Los Cabos

The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. Incredible views, incredibly private balcony, with quiet neighbors. It’s a perfect spot if you’re looking for a quick uber ride into the Cabo action but desire a more peaceful getaway with incredible restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend both sunset Monalisa and Jazz on the rocks for an incredible sunset dining experience. Would highly recommend this location.

the place was perfect! It had all the things you would need including beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. it was very clean and haf a great pool on the roof. I would definitely stay here again. very close to downtown cabo san Lucas and a short drive to the best beaches on the island chilleno, santa maria and palmilla. Soriano and costco mins away from the condo.

The best accommodation in Los Cabos, the view is breathtaking, it's definitely worth every dollar. The pool area is practically all yours if there are no other guests. It's close to very quiet beaches. The best option is to get around with Uber.

I felt at home, very close to the beaches and the center of Cabo San Lucas, it had board games, a very useful umbrella and beach chairs, very well stocked with everything, many dishes, glasses, pots to prepare food and cleaning products, the pools are very clean and beautiful, I would definitely come back.

John’s apartment is lovely! Great views of the ocean and pool. Everything was tidy & worked out great for us. Highly recommend!

Julie and Charlie were fabulous hosts. They greeted us, gave us suggestions. You can tell they’re as involved as you want them to be or will leave you alone. The airbnb is attached to their house but it feels very private. The value is incredible for what you get in Pedregal. The area is fairly steep so be prepared for that but there house is towards the bottom of the hill so it’s easy to go into town. The view is absolutely incredible. The pool is very convenient to quickly get in without having to pack up and everything for the beach. Security is a huge benefit… security is so good that they take the uber drivers licenses then give them back when you leave but it’s still convenient to call Ubers. You definitely don’t need a car staying here. The value is incredible and I would definitely recommend it to a couple. There’s not much closet space so pack light but you don’t need much anyway. There are several grocery stores within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Marks place! David was a wonderful local host and this Airbnb really made our vacation. We used their recommended transportation to and from the airport which was incredibly easy- David helped to set that up. The house is even better than the pictures, spacious, comfortable, has everything you need, and an awesome pool. The location was very convenient- we rented the golf cart to travel around the community was our kids loved. You have access to pools, restaurants and more. We loved the dining area “The Market” because it had several food vendors and a bar so everyone in the family could have what they wanted. We took a provided shuttle into downtown Cabo a few times as well and ubered home. David gave great recommendations based on what we were looking for and always responded promptly. We hope to come back!

Don is a great host. Always responsive, as is his local host Diana. His place is truly special. We watched whales every day, snorkeled off his quiet beachfront and enjoyed an authentic dinner cooked by his recommended private chef. Just a fantastic stay. Highest recommendation. Photos don’t include rooftop sunset viewings which are a must.

Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

The house was a beautifully styled MX house with a fantastic pool. Spent most of my home time in the pool cooling off and relaxing from the day's activities. The landscaping is exemplary and many blooms were out. The address shows up on Google Maps and easily findable for Uber drivers. San Jose del Cabo is exploding with construction and growth so there is associated noises with that in the neighborhood. It is Mexico! The house is positioned next to a golf course which is rather active earlier in the day than I expected. Amazing Tacos at Lateral Crusado y Asado (US Prices), excellent massages at Zafari Spa (MX prices), La Comer (groceries-US prices) are all within a few minutes walk. In the other direction, towards the Ocean are higher end restaurants.

Very nice place. Very convenient within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach just a couple of blocks away walk. Walmart was very close right through the parking garage across the street. Was able to use the grill on the top floor and sat around the pool to relax most of the days. Alex was very responsive whenever we had questions and also let us check in early which helped us enormously. There was some noise from the street and from the nearby resort, but nothing that he could control. That street could use some cleaning like nearby streets. Broken glass and garbage on that street was an eyesort. We would book again if we come back to Cabo.

The apartment is everything you need when you go to Los Cabos. It has an excellent location. There are shopping malls nearby, there is a beach two blocks away, the place is very quiet and safe. Deborah was always attentive to us, responds to messages in a very short time and the directions are very precise. I highly recommend the place.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as described and was perfectly clean. Earl offered a pick up service for an additional fee which made our transportation stress free. He also took us through the town and gave many recommendations for restaurants and things to do. We tried several of them and were very pleased. Earl made the entire process clear and easy. The condos were very quiet, pool was extremely clean and gardens onsite were beautiful. It’s a quick 5 minute walk to the public beach access and the area has many excellent restaurants with great happy hour specials. We would stay here again and highly recommend Earl’s properties.

We were here for a music festival and other than going to the supermarket (which is nicer than the ones we go to in the states) we didn't do anything in the area. the pool area is nice and peaceful and the beach is beautiful but huge waves so not safe to swim when we were there. Would stay there again.

I had a fantastic stay at this one-bedroom, one-bath condo right in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas marina! The location couldn’t be better—steps from restaurants, bars, shops, and all the action. The unit was the perfect size for me, and would be ideal for a couple too. Super easy check-in and check-out process, and everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I’d definitely stay here again!

Everything seemed accessible, nice and comfortable, the only situation we did not like was that we had to wait until very late to access the apartment.

Anna and her space were both wonderful! We had a lovely time relaxing in the pool and hot tub and enjoying meals on her balcony patio. Neighbors were quiet and respectful. We would certainly stay at Anna's place again!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the condo. It was great to have the super market and Costco at walking distance to buy water and groceries. Was very easy to get to from the airport and not far from the city/marina area. If we go back to Cabo, we will definitely be staying here. The only thing is, the parking was a bit hard to find as the parking spots are not labelled in order so arriving late at night, jet lagged, it was a bit difficult to find. But other than that, felt very safe in the condo and glad we stayed there.
