We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Very comfy queen bed & 1bath (2 sinks). Fully equipped kitchen. Shared W/D located in garage. One covered parking space. ATV’s can be brought in the courtyard. We are located in town - walkable to shops, cafes, taquerias, Palmas Pickleball Resort, restaurants and the glorious beach. Shared Starlink wifi.

Suite #2 Torote, San Juan suites

Fully equipped and furnished apartment for up to 4 people. It has a room for two people and a common area in the living room with a sofa bed for two people. Highly recommended for couples with up to 2 children. Special for resting, we do not have a window in the main room, special for resting since the sun and noise do not filter through. Your own private casita in the garden of a beachfront home 20 minutes north of Los Barriles. Rural location, calm and secluded. Guests have access to the dipping pool—too small for swimming but perfect for cooling off and great for children. The beach in front of the house is mostly rock but there are sandy stretches a short distance away. Los Barriles and El Cardonal, both 20 minutes by road, have fine sand beaches, restaurants and stores.
