Hola, We’re Tricia and Rick. In 2013 we RV’d our way down Baja and fell in love with Los Barriles. So…we stayed. We built our home with the intention of a vacation rental suite below. Our property is enclosed and private with surrounding gardens. We seasonally grow bananas, pineapples, papayas, limes and mangos. When ready, we love to share. El Nido is located in town (above Smokey’s). Walkable to town and the glorious beach. We value our clients and would be honoured to have you as a guest.

Central to the shops, restaurants, hiking trails, sport fishing, kiteboarding, snorkeling, and Mexico’s # 1 Pickleball courts, Tres Palapas. Entire villa can be rented.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Tranquil, Relaxing Beachfront, Exceptional Views!

Enjoy the largest deck in the complex, accompanied by a gas grill and 2 kayaks for your use, one double, one single. It's very private, as it is situated to the far corner of the property. Even though it is close to the main road, the unit sits right above the beach, eliminating any traffic noise. We've been told by others who have stayed there before, "It's the best unit in the complex." Pool Level, exceptionally private, located on the corner of the complex with its own entrance.

Casa de la Playa is a spacious 4 bedroom home on the beach in the heart of downtown Los Barriles. We are the first house to the north of Las Palmas de Cortez Hotel . The Sea of Cortez is just outside your door, with easy access to Kiteboarding, snorkeling, SUPing, fishing, and kayaking. You can easily walk to town, ATV, or take the beach cruisers! Fully equipped and furnished apartment for up to 4 people. It has a room for two people and in the common area room with a sofa bed for two people. Highly recommended for couples with up to 2 children. Special for resting, we have no window in the main room, special for rest since the sun and noises are not filtered. A window in the living room and bathroom. Great artificial light If you like to rest in low light this place is for you
