This 70 m2 air-conditioned cottage consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, oven, etc. You will have a bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms with views of the wooded park are equipped with storage and a wardrobe, and a double sofa bed can be used as an extra bed. Private 50 m2 terrace with Jacuzzi (2 nights minimum)

We will welcome you upstairs of our house, with private access and the possibility of self check-in. The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. Right in the center of Loriol, studio 35m2 on the ground floor,my apartment is a nice T1 very pleasant to live in! The apartment is simple and unpretentious but very quiet, on the edge of an old-fashioned cobbled alley. It's a good base for visiting the Drôme Valley, the Drôme Provençale, or a simple overnight stop for workers. The studio has a sofa bed with firm comfort, which can occasionally be used as a bed (120/170 cm) for 2 young children or even an adult
