The ground floor is our home, the interior staircase is communicating but partitioned and closed by a door. In the summer, we will share our terrace and pool under our large linden tree. Right in the center of Loriol, studio 35m2 on the ground floor,my apartment is a nice T1 very pleasant to live in! The apartment is simple and unpretentious but very quiet, on the edge of an old-fashioned cobbled alley. It's a good base for visiting the Drôme Valley, the Drôme Provençale, or a simple overnight stop for workers. The studio has a sofa bed with firm comfort, which can occasionally be used as a bed (120/170 cm) for 2 young children or even an adult
