Next to a farm, we are 8 km from the beaches, in the Auray region and Quiberon Bay, close to the Gulf of Morbihan and the Ria d'Etel, and the Saint Laurent and Baden golf courses. From the megaliths of Carnac to hiking, water sports and golf, or just lazing on the beaches, you'll be spoilt for choice! A second gîte can also be booked: Gîtes d'Izel n°1.

My house of 60 m2 is located in a residential area very close to the city center and the flood ponds (10 minutes of walking),but also the fishing port and the base of the submarines (15 minutes of walking),or the beaches (5-10 minutes by car). You will appreciate the interior spaces and the charm of the renovated old as well as the outdoor wooden terrace. Small shops nearby (tobacco,press,bakery,supermarket...) Convenient free street parking. Super quiet street.
