The accommodation is independent, with a shared car entrance and separate pedestrian entrance. 65 m2 house comprising on the ground floor a living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds + a crib with bars, a bathroom with shower and toilet. 2 private terraces. Beaches and shops within walking distance.

As a family of five, we were very pleased with the house. Everything was as described. The house is very quietly situated in a great location near the river. Communication with Dunvel worked great, she was available at all times and described everything in great detail. I especially liked the tomcat, who immediately took me into his heart😊. Great stay as a family (2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) at Fabienne's. Functional accommodation, impeccably clean, very good bedding and good location. Only downside: the very steep staircase, but with a gate upstairs. Plenty of information and tips provided in the welcome booklet. We recommend it!

Very nice house, good location close to the beautiful Ria d'Etel. Plan for an additional cost for energy expenses (€120 for 3 days) in the rental of the house with pool. Perhaps a drop in the temperature in the pool room should be studied, especially when it is not used (night, etc.) Thank you for these 3 days of discovery of this area of Morbihan.
