Narine est très accueillante et cuisine à merveille. Les monastères de Sanahin et Haghbat sont à quelques minutes de route seulement et d'innombrables autres sites peuvent être facilement visités dans les environs. Certainly the best place to stay in Alaverdi. The apartment is impeccable and suits groups like ours (we were 7 people) very well. Narine is very hospitable and her cooking skills are awesome. The monasteries at Sanahin and Haghbat are only a few minutes away by car, and there are countless other places to visit in the region. Zweifellos der beste Ort um in Alawerdi zu übernachten. Die Wohnung ist tadellos und für Gruppen wie unsere (wir waren zu siebt) sehr gut geeignet. Narine ist sehr gastfreundlich und kocht hervorragend. Die Klöster Sanahin und Haghbat liegen nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und es gibt in der Gegend zahlreiche weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten.

The room was bigger than I thought and it was clean. The most pleasant surprise is that I can reach a large supermarket within a minute's by walk, and they accept international credit cards.

Artak's place was great and close to all sights, shops, and restaurants. It was clean and suitable for both short and long-term stays. The apartment complex was super quiet and secure. The balcony was a huge plus. The kitchen was very well stocked. Artak was very easy to communicate with and always ready if we needed his help. Highly recommended!!!

We had a fantastic stay in Tumanyan! I was pleasantly surprised by how charming the city is, full of beautiful architecture and nestled in a very scenic setting. Our apartment was located right in the heart of town, in one of the most stunning buildings there. It was spotless and had a cool Soviet modernist vibe. The bedroom was filled with sunlight in the morning! The place was fully equipped for cooking and longer stays, which made it perfect for traveling with our 6-year-old. Our host, Norayr, was incredible. He took us on two unforgettable hikes: a 7km loop through the hills and a shorter one to the local gem - Kobayr Monastery. Both were magical experiences. Norayr and his team also run a cozy café, a co-working space, and a hostel with a shared kitchen. We also met with a warm community! We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the region, especially if you are looking for a place to stay while travelling around.

The most important thing you should know about this apartment is that it actually has a private bathroom, not a shared one! The second is that this lot is great overall. Despite it is a hostel, we were provided such hotel items as robes and slippers, and the room even had floor heating (which we've mixed up with a/c — do not repeat our mistake). There is also a terrace where you can chill with drinks and food from a restaurant downstairs — which I also recommend to visit, they serve delicious food and have explicit Italian vibe! Last but not least, Arthur is a great host, caring and attentive. Our stay was 10/10, looking forward for coming back.

Жилье, город, окрестности, природа однозначно стоят того, чтобы приехать и увидеть своими глазами! We had a wonderful stay here, great location and super friendly hosts, thank you again for everything! Good place for starting beautiful hikes near by, right in the nature. Can definitely recommend staying here and would love to do so in the future!

Seda and her family are very warm and hospitality and make you feel at home right away, she speaks English very well also Sada cooks amazing so you have a chance to eat Armina breakfast I had very pleasant stay there and highly recommend.These people don’t see flaws they only see good in you,will give only good emotions and experience!

We had a nice stay at this accomodation! The house is big, cozy, and freshly built, which made it feel both modern and comfortable. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. It was wonderfully warm during the winter, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is conveniently close to the center of Dilijan. Just keep in mind that the house is situated near the road. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. Tigran, the host, was fantastic! He was always available to help with anything we needed and made sure our stay was perfect.
