There is a kitchen area with utensils in the gazebo. In the courtyard there is a huge font you can heat and enjoy the clean coniferous air. Dilijan is known for its mild climate and clean air. It is also useful to breathe in Dilijan during the period of pollination of pine trees with which the house is simply fenced.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this house in Dilijan. The location is perfect—nestled in the serene, forested hills, yet close enough to the town center for convenience. The house looked better than the pictures, the outdoor area is breathtaking and we've spent most of our time there. The house is big and had a lot of beds for larger groups of people (if necessary) Everything was clean and in order, had all the necessary supplies.

A friend, a dining room with a fireplace!Wonderful courtyard,well-maintained,with children's swings and a fire pit(very fashionable). The renovation is new,very good,with great taste!Everything is thought out to the smallest detail!It's a pleasure to visit the hotel!!!Special thanks to the manager Nana. A great house in a great location, very comfortable and spacious. There is a fireplace in the house, it was especially nice, also the house was decorated for the New Year, it was also very pleasing. There is a parking space in the yard, it was great. The only downside was that when we checked in the house was a little cold because it was empty for some time, and it took some time to warm it up (as it usually happens with a huge houses). Even thought it was cold on the first evening, by the morning it had warmed up, and the stay was beyond praise. In addition, the house has a balcony, and it was a great place to celebrate the New Year. Very grateful to the owners for an amazing place :)

Vahe’s property was absolute perfect!! They helped us tell our taxi drivers how to get there, met us upon arrival, and had everyone ready for us. The house is lovely and in a beautiful location. We are already planning to come back next year!
