Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

Taller guests should keep in mind the walls are slanted so you may need to watch your head through the hallway.

Small dogs are welcome with pre-approval and a $125 pet fee that is not included in your quote. We do not accept cats. Please read our House Rules regarding pets prior to booking.
