Completely refurbished apartment with new furnishings. The accommodation is strategically located a short distance from the city center which can also be reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity is the Burlo Garofalo Children's Hospital, excellence in pediatric pathologies. The accommodation, with a wonderful sea view, overlooks the cycle path that leads to the Valle Rosandra reserve. Very quiet and comfortable accommodation equipped with smart TV and home automation.

Absolutely phenomenal stay. I was sick during it and the host made tea and left baked goods in the kitchen. The room was so pleasant and felt right at home. It was in the perfect quiet neighborhood right near the center of everything and next to public transport. 10/10 would stay again, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa la Vinella. The house looked as good as the photos and was spotlessly clean. The sun terrace was nicely sheltered and the hot tub and sauna were a hit with all the family. The pool was a bit too cold to use, but not sure the heating was on. Gergana was a great host and very responsive to our messages and queries. Would definitely return. 5/5

Had a lovely stay at Margherita, she was very kind and communicated quickly! would definitely stay here again! :) Just one note, as described in the property anyway, the road is indeed very steep and narrow to the property, so wide cars might have a little trouble to get to the parking, but it's definitely possible for normal cars.
