My place is close to the beach, Mansions,restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the comfy beds, the kitchen, the coziness, and the high ceilings.(been on third floor) My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), 2 parking spaces available(in the back of the building) washer /drier; the home is on third floor via outside/inside stairs and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Bright and sunny newly renovated second and third floor of house built in late 1800s. Three blocks from Mystic Seaport, a short walk to downtown Mystic. Off street parking on the side of the house. House has plenty of space with two bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen size futon. I Homey and comfortable to make you feel you can put your feet up and relax. User friendly. First floor is used as an office only on weekdays. Only 1/2 mile from Mystic Amtrak station, an easy walk.

Well located Greenport 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Historic renovated private home with modern furnishings and updated appliances and finishings. Patio and yard with outdoor shower, fire pit, and yard. Central AC and heat. Properly licensed as a rental with Greenport Village and Suffolk County. I now add the airbnb fees and local and state taxes onto the listing. Just figured out availability for our cabins this summer! The Big Cabin, located 15 feet from the water’s edge, will easily sleep six. The Little Cabin, 30 yards from the House with a water view and plenty of privacy, is perfect for a couple. Located on a secluded, non-thoroughfare road, it includes access to a private swimming hole and waterfall. Near the Shawangunk climbing mountain and hiking/cycling trails, Accord “downtown” and super chic Inness.

Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)

A quick 3 minute drive to the center of town, our recently built 3 bedroom house has gorgeous mountain views and is on 5 beautiful secluded acres surrounded by trees. The property is fantastic in all seasons and close to amazing Catskill skiing, hikes, waterfalls, swimming holes, and the Hudson River, as well as the towns of Phoenicia, Saugerties, Kingston, Catskill, Hudson, Rhinebeck, and Tivoli.
