FALL/WINTER advisory - the water features are turned off from November - March, no water. There is no heat or electric in the house - this is a winter camping experience.

New camper located in a woodlot on a farm that has been in this family since the 1600’s . We’re 10 minutes to the Long Island sound, 10 minutes to peconic bay and 20 minutes to the Atlantic Ocean. We’re 30 minutes from the orient point ferry .Wineries, breweries, farm stands, hiking trails and restaurants are a few minutes drive away. If you’re a shopper tanger mall is 15 minutes away .We’re 1/2 hour from the hamptons. No matter your interests you can find them close by. Come and relax.

It has two convertible beds, one queen and one twin (suited for children). This is a unique camper, equipped with a small bathroom with shower (hot water) and a full kitchenette with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. A grill and campfire area make this the perfect camping spot for everyone.
