A short walk to the station for a 10min train ride to Oxford (& London), a direct bus stops right outside our house, lots of woodland/country walks & Red Kites circling overhead. Blenheim Palace is nearby. A perfect base for exploring Oxfordshire & the Cotswolds. An excellent CoOp grocery, a fish‘n’chip/pizza takeaway, a b'fast cafe/coffee shop, and good local pubs.

The Walkers rest

Close to an area of outstanding natural beauty that is West Oxfordshire. A pretty and easy space to relax or use as a base to explore on foot, cycle or beyond, by rail. On the edge of the Cotswolds in one direction and not too far for shopping in the other, you could consider your options while walking across the countryside for a meal in one of the nearby villages. We don’t have a shop or pub here, but a twenty minute walk or five minute drive will get your essentials we haven’t thought of.

A Cosy Cabin in an Old Orchard

Our charming cabin is tucked away in its own private corner of a small apple orchard, offering the perfect retreat from everyday life. You’ll be staying on our working family farm which is gently farmed to encourage a rich diversity of flora and fauna. You are welcome to ramble along the paths around the farm to spot the many farmland birds, get up close to the deer and to identify some of the arable plants- some are very rare! It truly is a farm where nature comes first. Come and explore!

Situated on the Oxfordshire/ Cotswold borders this wonderful property sits in the middle of the village of Cassington. The property is self-catering- but the village boasts two pubs, one caters food. There are no other amenities but a short 5 minute drive will take you to the village of Eynsham or Yarnton where you can get most things. Property is an 8 minute drive to the Blenheim Palace, or walking out of the village you can catch a bus to Oxford city, or the historic town of Witney.

This home is perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples, with a private garden, patio, bbq & plenty of parking space. Please ask if you need to add an extra child, we can provide an inflatable mattress & bedding for you.
