Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Double bedroom in a beautiful 4 bedroom Victorian house set on a quiet road close to Brockley station and Crofton park station. Very convenient for London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Shoreditch but you can also get to Bond Street and Waterloo in around 30 minutes from door to door. You’ll love my place because of the light, comfy bed, beautiful decor and peaceful location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers on shorter term trips. An elegant, quintessentially English, beautiful room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house contains many period features. The room has a Kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm in this period house. Guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The rooms are west facing, benefiting from the evening sun. A Continental style breakfast is available every day. Not Sundays.

My home is spacious with free parking for up to two cars and a short walk from local shops, amenities and the underground and overland stations. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.

Hendon Central tube station (Northern Line)is a 10 min walk away. Trains run every few minutes to Central London with direct links to Eurostar/ Kings Cross. The Northern line also links at Tottenham Court Road, with the brand new Elizabeth line. A bathroom and separate toilet are just next door. 24 hour WIFI is available.

Welcome to 'Room at the Top' in a Victorian house overlooking a park in Zone 2 vibrant South East London. Well connected to Zone I tourist sites, east London business districts, Trinity Laban, Goldsmiths University and World Heritage site Greenwich with it’s beautiful park, museums, market and a university. This lovely room is approached by its own staircase and is very private. Tea and coffee is provided in the room Breakfast is included in the price.

Great location near centre with excellent transport nearby. Our double-bedded room with own ensuite bathroom is very comfortable, fully-equipped and private for 1 or 2 people. If you are 3 or 4 people we've a second double-bedded room next to it at extra cost. Contact me before requesting a booking if you need the two rooms. Eight minutes walk to Manor House tube (Piccadilly Line) and near buses. Please note: No kitchen access except breakfast.

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price you pay includes Breakfast (please see below for details). West Ham Stadium, UAL london college of fashion, V&A Stratford and UCL Stratford are all nearby.
