Ader has provided a lot of information about the house, surrounding area and local recommendations since we made the booking. She is always responsive and helpful. The house is at a great location, walkable distance to Richmond center and bus & train station. The surrounding area is fascinating, bunch of parks around and not to mention the riverside. House condition is great and you have everything you needed. Overall a very pleasant experience, highly recommended to group of 4-6 to spend some quality time around Richmond.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Karen and Steve were fantastic hosts, they were flexible with both check in and check out times for our stay, which made the move in and out much easier on our cat Simba. The place itself is beautiful, a real home-from-home with modern amenities, a peaceful and spacious living area and everything we needed for our two week stay. They even offered a bedding change after the first week if needed. We would be very happy to stay here again, and would have stayed for longer if it were available

Eugenie’s house was absolutely beautiful. It really is vintage heaven & the beds were very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful with great transport links. I would definitely stay there again!

We lovely Rebecca place. Calming and airy decor made us feel relax and at home. We had everything we needed. It was a perfect fit for our group of three generations of women. Beautifully appointed rooms one for each of us and so many lovely spaces with room to relax as a group or have some personal space. The outdoor areas, especially on the riverside were magical watching the swans glide by. If you’re considering this accommodation, you won’t be disappointed. Communication was also fantastic :-)

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. Hugh and Sally are fantastic hosts – very attentive and responsive. The flat is lovely and has everything you need, including a washer-dryer, which was super convenient. It’s in a great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

Lorraine is one of the nicest people you will meet! She couldn’t do more for us, super accommodating and very responsive. The bbq was playing up so a new one was ordered and set up on the day! The grounds are beautiful. The cabin is lovely, clean and cosy with great comfortable beds and amenities all provided. We were especially surprised with how big and deep the pool was! Phone signal and WiFi not the strongest, but that wouldn’t stop me recommending this place to everyone ☺️ Thank you Lorraine and Kenny xx

Want a nice quiet spot in West London that's affordable? This is it. Always got peaceful nights sleep and it's easy to get to the underground or walks to Shepherd's Bush.

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! Lovely place to stay for 1 or 2 nights when you need access to Wembley / Central London. Private with clear instructions for self check-in and out. Would use again.

My husband and I loved our stay. Hampstead Heath is a stones throw from this property whilst the high street was just a 12 minute walk the other way. There are wonderful shops, restaurants and great access to the underground. It felt like we weren’t really part of London any longer even though the tube connects back quickly. We ate at Oliviya twice, a wonderful Lebanese restaurant with excellent food and friendly staff. Another meal at Mimmo La Bufala was also excellent. Get the chili oil with bread! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bohemian Rhapsody and highly recommend!

What a find! Staying here felt like we were in a quiet country village. The area is very peaceful, with no night time noise at all. Right by Marble Hill park and a stones throw to the river. The cottage is well equipped with everything you might need and helpful supply of basics like oil and seasoning, tea and coffee. The outside space was a great bonus. Freddie was an excellent host who helped with any questions promptly. Highlights were boating on the Thames at Richmond landings, a boat trip to Hampton Court Palace, hiring bikes to explore the river towpath, a short train ride into London to the museums (district line) and an evening swim at Hampton Lido.

My husband, 9 year old son and I spent 10 days here over the Christmas holiday period and had a great stay. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was in a very convenient location for public transport to nearby Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington, and Kingston. We were staying here to be close to my elderly parents in nearby Hampton and it worked out fantastic for us. We could easily get to Hampton Court Palace for ice skating and Kew Gardens. The only downside is that it is residents permit only parking during the week so my mum could not park close by except on the weekend, but not a big deal. We did not use the outdoor space as it was winter, but found the house very comfortable and warm. We used 2 of the 3 beds which were also comfy and clean. Richard and Nicky were super quick to respond to any messages or questions, despite a time difference and we did not experience any issues. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Amazing place to stay. We have a young baby so it was great to find somewhere so homely where we could enjoy ourselves in the evening whilst the baby slept! Nicola was very helpful and responsive. We had a great time cooking there and watching the cinema screen.

Siwen’s hospitality was amazing! The apartment was clean, bright, and conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the bus station, making transportation very easy. She was incredibly kind and even allowed us to store our luggage until the evening, which was a huge help. The environment was peaceful and quiet at night, ensuring a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to any traveler :)
