Log house with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. One bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, sleeping places for 4 people. The living room is spacious with good ceiling height, and a large fireplace With us in Skjåk, with a location in the middle of Jotunheimen, Breheimen and Reinheimen, you have the chance to relax, recharge the batteries and enjoy beautiful nature and hiking opportunities in abundance, - both high and low. The national park town of Lom is our neighbor to the east, while the scenic Stryn is our neighbor to the west - so there are plenty of opportunities for varied experiences!

Authentic log cabin in Lom

Authentic and old log cabin that provides resting heart rate and peace of mind. Here you get a unique, Norwegian cabin experience with lit candles, a lighthouse in the fireplace and the nature close by. Two living rooms with fireplace, bedroom, bathroom (no shower and no water), spacious loft and kitchen with long table. The cabin is an original prayer house with high ceilings in the main living room, and recently furnished loft with many mattresses for beds with a window down to the living room and out towards Lomseggen. The cabin has no water. NB: - No running water - outhouse

We rent three cabins (summer and winter). The cabins are located in a quiet area of Synslia in Vågå municipality. From us it is not far to Gjende, Besseggen, Lom, etc. Nice as a starting point for day trips to Geiranger, Dovrefjell, Valdres, Rondane, etc. The cabins are about 60 m2 with porch, living room, kitchen, respectively two bedrooms with loft and three bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and shower, TV, Wifi, heat pump and wood stove. They are equipped with duvets and pillows (not sheets/pillowcases) and all the necessary kitchen supplies. Electric car charger available.

Geitsetra

Recharge your batteries in this unique place, Geitsetra right under Skagsnebb, in the middle of Jotunheimen. Here you have many of the known 2000 meter stops in Jotunheimen right outside the door,a great starting point for both feet and skiing. From Sep/Oct there is no running water so we will run water in jugs out to the farm until the month of Mai/Juni. This was originally a Geitseter,but now the barn is empty and on the 2nd floor there is a spacious apartment,but great views. If there are any questions, please let me know🙂.

Torstugu, idyllic little renovated timber cabin.

Torstugu is a renovated small log cabin of 40 sqm. Located in the heart of Lom Municipality, Bøverdalen. 17 km from Lom National Park Village (city centre). With a good fireplace you can enjoy the stillness and the real cabin feel. Great starting point for climbing Galdhøpiggen or many spring ski trips in Leirdalen, on Sognefjellet and or in Visdalen. Or if you are going to ski at "Juvass". Here you will find tranquility among Jotunheimen's high peaks. Private driveway and parking. 24-hour Coop Prix shop at walking distance.

Jotunheimen - 15 minutes from Gjende and Besseggen.

Architect designed cabin in Sjodalen Fjellgrend at the entrance to Jotunheimen national park. The area is an excellent starting point for day trips to Besseggen, Glittertind, Besshø or Rasletind, among others. There are great hiking areas all year round, whether you like prepared ski tracks or the snow mountain in winter and mountain shoes or bike in the summer. There is an eldorado for fishing and hunting in the autumn and many mountain hikes are clear outside the cabin door on mountain skis or randone in the spring.
