The location is ideal for excursions in the area or for relaxing bathing days at the lake - whether romantic as a couple, with friends or as a family! The city of Salzburg is easily accessible by car/ bus - about 30 minutes. Even in winter, the area offers a lot: ski touring, skiing, cross-country skiing - only 30 minutes away away A break in the great outdoors!

Size: approx. 75 m². Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator, but a wide staircase! Our private swimming area can also be used!
