The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. Das Apartment befindet sich auf einem Künstlerhof. Es ist hell und gemütlich. Vom Balkon hat man einen weiten Blick in die Landschaft. Dort weiden Schafe, Rinder und Pferde. Im Frühjahr und Herbst kann man Kraniche beobachten. Zum Sandstrand der Schabe sind es wenige km, ca 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zum Königsstuhl, dem weißen Kreidefelsen läuft man ca 20 min durch hohe alte Buchenwälder. Hier kann man in Ruhe entspannen und hat trotzdem alle wichtige Orte der Insel der Insel in der Nähe.
